The way I would describe the three is this: The Voulgen is the in universe employee explaining anomalies to his fellows. SCP Illustrated is the storyteller that gives you various perspectives like an author would. The Exploring Series is the historian recounting particular events like how a history teacher would if they'd actually enjoy thier job.
The Groups of Interest are probably my favorite category of SCP. Something about seeing the different societies firmed around anomalies is fascinating. There's a surprising amount of genuinely positive GoIs as well. The video mentioned the Manna Charitable Foundation, who is genuinely benevolent and has actually done real good with the SCPs they have, like using a sentient village to provide free housing. Gamers Against Weed (seriously that's their name) is basically a bunch of teens and forum goers who formed a counterterrorism group to combat the abject murderous insanity of Are We Cool Yet? Wilson's Wildlife Solutions is a zoo that cares for anomalous animals, and is safe enough that the Foundation largely leaves them to operate semi-publicly. Hell, there are Sarkic denominations that are actively fighting against the Flesh that Hates. The SCPverse sucks for many, MANY reasons, but that doesn't mean EVERYTHING does. Also, I recommend looking into Three Portlands for more fun SCP stuff. It's a fun concept as well.
The Bad Bois. They very MUCH sell live SCP beings. Are We Cool Yet is a particularly nutty set of... wellllll..... Art Terrorists. They make anomalous art SCPs that have been a right pain in the kiester. No, they're not really cool, but they're bloody terrifying. Oh, Administrator I love seeing your doubletakes when you start hearing the bullshit the Foundation runs across. Roit proper orky powah claw for smushing whole bleedin' starsystems.

Manna Charitable foundation is a interesting group. I think their bravest action was they try to stop the devastating climate change caused by scp foundation when they blow up SCP-2000 in the SCP-5000's story.
As far as I remember the quotes at the end are actually part of the scp files he reads. Like part of an audio log or record already on the wiki and just posted at the end of his videos.
Actually, MC&D are very much known for their Anomalous Humanoid Trafficking schemes and have run afoul of multiple groups both well-known and obscure because of that.
