I find no problem with Yakko/Yakko's voice actor breathing, especially since Yakko/Yakko's voice actor has to say so much stuff in this song. Take for example, the Presidents Song. There the lines are split between the siblings/Their voice actors. Here though, it's just Yakko/Yakko's voice actor, so I don't think breathing should be a sin.(P.S. Also, there's this thing called dying, which your body can do if you don't breathe dude).
To be fair to Yakko, As stated in the catch up song (published in 2020 but made in 2018 I think) it takes about 2 years to animate PLUS voice acting/Narration, research , and even more that I’m probably missing since I don’t work on animation

My first comment (or in this case, reply) is in here back in August 17 2020 around 8-9 am. The comment was made by someone with something along the lines of "Stickbug Animations" as their name. I (back then using the username "Soft Pillow") started an argument before he stopped responding after a couple of days. I think the comment was deleted by UA-cam as i cannot find it. But, a couple of weeks ago, i found a channel with the same name, last post 2 years ago, same art style as the animations that i saw on his channel 4 years ago. I can't find that one too anymore. I almost missed the early days of my channel, one part of me wished that i can go back in time and fix my old mistakes. But alas, i think the present is still good, i have become slightly successful, breaking my almost 3 year long flatline, which i am pretty proud of.

And during the Asia part (3:30) they add it back, along with moving New Guinea and Australia back to its regular spot.
