That's totally Antarctica, specifically the Antarctic Peninsula and West Antarctica (imaginative, I know). The Falklands are much smaller (slightly smaller than Connecticut or Montenegro) and to the east of Argentina.

Yakko's World was made AFTER the Korean War. It was made in 1990, sung in 1992, and aired in 1993.
I made a whole list of complaints in the original video and a majority of my complaints are the sins he gave for countries that existed when the episode was MADE NOT RELEASED. Making cartoons take months to make before being shown so those sins are completely unfair
