    Very well explained. But one small issue , the subtitles are disturbing to watch the feet postures. 🙏

    In some videos , they do with heel to heel alignment , which one is correct

      Traditionally, we used to place heels in line with each other. However, if you are someone who finds balancing difficult then, in that case, choose larger base of support, meaning open your front leg slight to the side.

    Hello!I have lumbar spondylarthrosis, please, tell me if this pose is contraindicated. When I try to do it, I feel pain in my lower back and I can't keep the position when I bend to the right (my problem aria). Thank you!

    Great video. Do these poses have to be done on both sides? Maybe reverse the leg forward and leg behind and arm up and down?
