- The 610ps Lamborghini Huracan Evo RWD is the 2-wheel drive version of the Huracan, which also happens to be £30,000 cheaper than the 4WD 640-4 Evo model, making it the cheapest Lamborghini on sale today. What I wanted to know was could it be even better to drive than the Ferrari F8 Tributo, as well as being a bit of a bargain?

The Huracan has all the power needed, and more. I could live without the extra torque of a turbo, just to enjoy the sound and free revving nature of that V10.

Unfortunately British weather does not lead itself to rear wheel drive powerful cars...there like a chocolate teapot. You just cannot get the power down.
A guy ran out of gas In one today and I helped him push it to the gas station. He offered to let my drive it and instantly asked what music I wanted on, so I told him and he put the music on. 3 seconds later I asked him to turn it off so I could hear the car, and boy it was incredible.

The V12 Lamborghini Engine out of the Adventador would probably be better again . Read my post re V10 supercharged V10 KIT out of the USA 4 the V10 . Especially designed. 800 & 900 HP UPGRADE.
Best looking Lambo since the Miura in that trim. Incredible looking car.
If you ignore the Countach, Diablo, Murcielago, Aventador and Gallardo, yea.

I'd put the original narrow Countach and the Diablo above this. But this is definitely worthy of that legacy.
That naturally aspirated v10 for me wins over all rivals. What a sound and the feel! What a looker too, the Huracan is!
Audi derived... Audi has put two 2,5 20V blocks in V setup for it..... Sound is addictive!
yeh especially in that blue, but then for £11k it should look bloody good!
When I saw the first version of this car on topgear, I was was blown away by the styling, because it was more of a classic wedge shaped Lambo and Richard Hammond said it looked too ordinary. In my opinion, he couldn't have been more wrong and now, it looks even better.

I think it looks really nice. The Gallardo looked a bit too much like an Audi, but the Huracan doesn't.
They literally cannot review new lamborghini's to save their lives. They have called the Murcielago, the Aventador, and the Hurácan all too tame and a "sad departure from what Lamborghini 'used to be'."
They aren't talking about the car, or a car, but being a kid and lusting over the idea of a car, despite not being able to drive. A car that exists to you will almost never outpace a child's imagination to how they think it will be. My whole job is getting in cars I've never been in before, and every time, its just a bit underwhelming to recognize the faults you would've never played out in your head.
Jeremy Clarkson as a child probably thought Lamborghini's had rocket launchers, and to sit in one that just drives, and kinda understeers, and isn't the fastest thing you've been in, even that year - there's no way to leave that circumstance in a good mood.

Last of the naturally aspirated small lambos for sure, they've done very well not to go turbo so far
They will go hybrid next time though, although i think i would rather that than turbos

Stephen Levinson Blu Glacius is the name referencing glacier’s in the Arctic that give of that bright celestial Blu color that stands out tremendously in nature. Part of the Add Personum pallet as a pearlescent paint instead of just metallic fleck. These paints look “Grand” in person and really stand out in the real world. ~£11k is a ton for paint but if ever a paint was worth that kind of money it would be this one. The Miura he talks about was the one-off Spyder version Lamborghini takes to shows and their museum. A quick search online will show you those early versions of metallic paints with their massive confetti sized flecks lol
I'd take this over the Ferrari any day of the week just for the sounds that engine makes.

This Evo RWD seems to be the sweetspot of the range and the cheapest aswell. On Evo car of the year it came second with reviews similarly positive as Harry's.

Have to agree with all the points raised in the video, I was fortunate to spend a few days driving this and other cars in Sardinia a few months ago, the Huracan Evo RWD really surprised me, so useable and refined in certain ways but a completely brilliant driving machine with huge amounts of engagement. I'm typically not a 'Lamborghini person' and I definitely have a habit of judging some of the questionable owners as posers rather than people who enjoy a driving experience, but this car completely blew me away. I still have the V10 soundtrack playing in my ears, what a stunning engine and hopefully it's not about to disappear just yet.
On the other hand, the Aventador was one of the most unenjoyable driving experiences I've had, it felt similar to driving a defender which is £400,000 and just didn't tick any boxes for me.

The sound of a V10 was probably my least favorite sound, until I hired an Audi R8 V10 a few years ago and in person, the noise of the V10 is incredible.

It's a genuine one as it was something very unique Harry used to do at the start of his videos and I found it very informative to know how much cars actually weighed given 1/3 of the manufacturers quote dry weights, 1/3 EU spec weights (fluids, 75kg driver 3/4 tank of fuel), and 1/3 something else entirely.
In a later video Harry explained his scales had broken…..

Nice spec, satin bronze wheels. Love it. Personally i’d take the wheels a size smaller. Bigger tyre for more performance and comfort

The V10 just dominates. Ferrari need to improve the sound on their turbo cars.
Nice review. Harry's review of the green 610-4 a few years ago impressed me so much that I placed an order for a car that I still have. I went for the standard Miura-style slatted engine cover which I much preferred over the perspex cover. Surprisingly, most people seem to choose the optional cover at 4k ++ more. I chose the 610-4 over the 2 wheel drive as I thought I would be less likely to kill myself and I also declined the offer of a Performante which had just been announced as a bit too bling for me (being only a few years Harry's junior). 3 1/2 years + later the only failure has been the cupholder. Harry is correct to stress its size - it really is just right and with the space behind the seats (which you do not get in the Sypder) you can squeeze enough in for a decent road trip. I think if I were replacing it now I might be tempted by this Evo 2 . The Gulf blue and bronze wheels look particularly fine.
I'm so pleased to hear of your experience, the Huracan is a great car but seems to be hampered by perception in the marketplace. I'd honestly chose it over the F8 and probably the Pista too, the V10 is a way more exciting engine to drive than Ferrari's V8, even if it's a 100bhp and 160lb ft down on power. Huracan Evos seem to hold onto their value too, which is good to see and much deserved.

The Hurucan has grown on me, it looks amazing in dark blue (as tested by AMS last year).

Will miss NA engines when they are gone. The response and Immediacy and high revving engine is something Turbo cannot do sadly.
Mine's R34 is pretty close, pushes out nearly everything for response except an LFA
