Stephen Lang best known as the villain in the 2009 movie Avatar and most recently The Netflix Series Tera Nova
Stephan Lang is in excellent shape especially considering he's 65 years of age, his body is incredible and his arms are huge, he's certainly one of the best shaped actors of his age.

i saw don't breathe yesterday, his physique is better than stallone and arnold, there is no supplements and steroids, he properly eats healthy and workouts everyday, it just shows age is just a number

There’s probably some TRT involved, but whether it’s better than Stallone and Arnold depends on your opinion. If you want something more natural and achievable, that’s definitely the better one, but the other two still look pretty amazing (and they’re even older). Lang has that badass grandpa look to him, and everyone would be happy to look half as good at his age.

He's also incredibly handsome w/ that gorgeous hair and trim beard..he moves like a cat, so graceful and strong..and has a wonderful voice. Yummy.

I thought for sure he was a prior USMC veteran. I met men in the Marines that were in their 60's that looked exactly like this guy, and yes, they were running laps around 18 y.o recruits and beating the tar out of them. Men like Stephan Lang are epic.

Yea, he's shredded, that's one of the reasons he's in my top five list of favorite actors but saying he must know marital arts from these pictures is silly lol. I haven't worked out in about a year, I've lost 50lbs of muscle as a result and I like the bean pole I looked like most of my life. In a brown belt in Marine martial arts, (a combo of disciplines largely comprised of judo) and I look like shit. I run into guys fairly frequently that are jacked to the gills but couldn't even wipe their ass with their weak hand.
My point being one can't judge another's martial art status by looking at their physiclature.

He likes to stay lean like around 165 to 170 lbs, but I think when they filmed the first Avatar, he was between 180-190 lbs of lean muscle and he was pushing 60 years old.
