What I love about this channel is knowing there is another bloke out there who has just as much luck fishing as I do 😅
Haha, yeah but we wouldn’t chase them if it wasn’t a challenge.
So many beautiful places to paddle!
So true, you just have to get out there.
Brilliant
Cheers
Thanks Paul for sharing this trip 👍your cookups are always a mystery. 🤣👍
Thanks Shaun, just trying to make it interesting 😅
Your video quality gets better every single video! Absolutely love the drone shots! I can't wait until the next one. You still talk funny though 😂....cheers Paul!
Well I'm not sure if I should be flattered or offended... Hahaha thanks for the feedback Rick, what accent should I be trying for? Cheers Paul
@@Getgowin lol. I'm in Oklahoma, USA sir, and my own countrymen make fun of my accent all the time...🤣. Keep those great videos coming mate....Oh and you guys drive on the wrong side of the road...just saying..🤣🤣
I like your content and taste in beer Paul. As an experienced Fresh water fisho I would suggest investing in a sounder. It can be the difference between a donut day and a good haul. Tight lines!
Hi Scott, appreciate the feedback. I have thought about a sounder but I don’t want more gear to carry etc. Cheers Paul
Pretty country. It's a shame the fish weren't biting any better. They just don't cooperate sometimes. 🙂
Thanks Steve. Yeah the water was a strange colour, it should be a dark bottle green and was to warm. Thanks for watching. Regards Paul
Yeah nice vid. I'm looking at the fish U caught and going jeez they look a lot like a bass but took your word for it being silver perch. But alas....
Yes in the right light they are silver which threw me off.
Another great video Paul. Your camera and drone work continues to go up a level every video.
Thanks Larry, I appreciate the feedback on this as it's hard to find new ways of sharing these beautiful places. Regards Paul
I've had to get a replacement etherlite XT pad twice now... the leaks I've had are where the button crease is, so not only is it impossible to get a patch to work in that spot, it's a known fault in these pads unfortunately. S2S will send you a replacement or refund if you take a video of it blowing bubbles in that spot. They're comfy, but it'd be nice if they stayed blown up! Both the pads I got replaced were only a couple of months old, but a year old shouldn't make a difference for a manufacturers warranty claim.
Perfect, thanks Amy
That's a really nice film Paul with the drone and onboard the Canoe some great shots 👍
Thanks for the great feedback. Cheers Paul
Hi Paul, your vids are getting really good to watch. BTW you sold me on the utility of the 116 canoes, but they're not easy to find. One Tree has gone out of production, they buyer not sure when they will restart. Old Town there is zero stock in Oz. You suggest any others?
Hi Mark, thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately in Australia we are very limited with the options available. I'm not aware of anyone making any 11.5 canoes. However, One Tree have been sold to a guy who is now setting up in Newcastle and Roscoe Canoes molds have been purchased by a guy who intends to start making new units. But you will have to wait. In the interim you can look for secondhand boats on Marketplace. Roscoe made the Scamper 11.5 fibreglass canoe so search for this one as well. The Canoeing Australia Facebook Group is worth joining, if you ask on there someone may know a retailer with old stock. Cheers Paul
Nice work Paul. Love the Azure Kingfisher at 00:09:45 - was that from your GoPro, iPhone or longer lens on your bigger camera?
Thanks Spike, the Kingfisher was shot on my iPhone 12 Pro. I will update to the 15 Pro next year as it has a 120mm lens which would be perfect. Have you been out on your Canoe lately? Regards Paul
Hi Paul, just wondering where you leave your car overnight at lake boruma
Hi Evan, I just leave it at the boat ramp. Thanks for watching, Paul
Nice one . Looks like a great spot on google maps . Ive been subscribed and following your adventures pretty much since you started 2 years ago on a different account . I've just started my own channel to do with touring kayaking and kayak camping in nsw . would love it if you checked it out and let me know what you think , I am more into exploration and less into fishing than your channel . I am to busy paddling to be fishing lol . Anyway love your vids and subbed with this account too . keep em coming . Thanks
Hey thanks for following and subscribing. Just subscribed to your channel and had a look a the Lake Burrill trip, nice spot. Regards, Paul
