Pretty country, as usual. Your videos help me relax. I think it's the combo of the scenery, the music, and the fact it's just you out there in the boonies and no one else is around. Please keep up the good work.
nice vid . is a shame about those traps being able to catch turtles . I would hate to find a drowned turtle in my trap . I use to use the opera house traps when they were legal and checked them every half hour. at some locations I found so many turtles in them but luckily I didn't drown any . Its a good thing they were banned I would imagine they killed heaps of turtles and platypus . Unfortunately its harder to catch yabbies' now with the pyramid traps . Not sure I would be comfortable using them without checking them on a regular basis now after seeing this video . maybe that turtle was exactly the wrong size ? . It was a lucky turtle that you found him
Hi Evan, thanks for the great feedback. Unfortunately I can't let you know where I was camping as I was stealth camping so not really allowed. Cheers Paul
Nice video Paul. Shame about the fishing. Wondering if the water temp may have had something to do with the lack of fish. As you suggest catching one is just the icing on the cake. I haven’t caught a fish the last four times I have been out and couldn’t care less. Have a great Christmas.
Well done for saving the turtle, he was pretty keen to get to safety.
Yeah cheers, he was pretty happy
Great to see you having fun Paul and that's a nice save of the little turtle, great job! 🍻👍
Thanks Shaun, have a great Christmas!

Thank you sir, yes I agree the turtle must have been very keen. I suspect the Cat Food was the issue.
