    Hi Ma'am, in the final set (IT Sector case) wouldn't it be the case where employees are asked to open up about their weakness in a rather forced way just like option A, just because their head has done so? And moreover, wouldn't it effect the morale of certain employees where they are asked to admit their weakness in public, and it serves as an open platform for peer to peer comparison which hampers their efficiency at the end of the day?

    Hi.
    I am a student from Kashmir Valley. Back here there are no coaching Institutes for MBA exams.
    I have been using cracku a lot during my preparation, having taken both your CAT and XAT mock test series. I would also have liked to enlist for your courses but couldn't do so because high speed net is not available here.

    A doubt, for the question at 49:53, Option 2 sets a bad precedent right? Because it'd mean that whenever an employee passes away, the company will be expected to take care of educational expenses of the children..?

    In Question Related to C is not mentioned anywhere and Issuing a press statement when we are not sure whether bhushan had done it or not. so how can we release a statement when we are clueless?

    In first question question (32.30) in option C if the company issues a statement that their quality standards are increased won't it send a message to market that their earlier quality was not upto mark?

    Ma'am ruling out option of forming a committee to find out truth and to stop the falling stock price, giving the statement that their was increase in quality standard does not rule out the allegation of company's employee taking bribe , it does not improve company's image which on the first place was compromised with allegations of unfair dealings by bhushan... this is maybe a vague observation but i was eager to discuss this set 😁 and i know your answer is absolutely correct as it is the official answer ... Love cracku for providing previous question papers in terms of mocks😄❣️

      Hi Alakh, the question is what will stop the fall in stock price. If it was asking what should be the ideal response, I would agree that they should form a committee and find out the truth. But to stop the fall, the company has to give out a plausible alternative explanation to why the vendor was removed. Saying that their standards have improved gives that explanation, rebuffs the allegation of corruption and sends out a positive signal. Hence that would be the correct course of action.

      @@sayalikale86 Thank you so much ma'am I am glad you replied 😄 .. this question was revolving in my head and i was not able to find a satisfactory answer but by giving the statement we as the company portray that the vendor was removed on purpose and it also indirectly sends the message that any statement or allegation by that vendor should not be taken seriously ... This actually make sense .. your response actually helped my way of thinking about one response could have many interpretations .....

      Ma'am so can we conclude that in certain cases, it's okay to take the potentially unethical route in order to meet the immediate objective?.
      Because if Bhushan really had taken a bribe then this would become an unethical option.
      Please help.

    i have a ques, u said that we need to fire the employee if he/she break the law or do some unethical practice but if the past report of that particular employee is good (that he is very hard working and helpful towards his/her colleagues in organisation) then what decision we could take in that scenario????

    Considering final set, imagine your senior managers going around telling their weaknesses. This is corporate, not drama show. Their will be a lot of backstabbing and back talking which will definately hamper the morale. No one would be in the circus of specially admitting their weakness and will never be allowed these anywhere. That option would be the first thing to eliminate as for me.
    I may though be wrong (admitting my cognitive weakness!!)

    If we sponsor the school and college education of the employee, don't you think it will lead to an additional financial burden on the company? As managers, we should also take into consideration the financial health of the company.

    Ma'am, I am having a doubt at question 54:00, as we want to make a policy that will help the organisation to deal with the similar situation, but according to E option, they have to call the committee every time. So there is no policy!!

    what to do if a scenario emerges wherein one of the employees has accused the other employee but there is no substantiation of the accusations till that time. Do we need to fire him/her out even before substantiating the accusations?
