    Felix knowing about lowtax upsets me in a weird way, like that someone who has any kind of employment or income shouldn't know about him.

    Considering the sorry state of American law enforcement's closure rates on sexual assault, I think it is safe to assume that all of the cases we see in SVU represent the sum total of all successful convictions and arrests by the NYPD during the course of the show's run.
