Hey Martin I want to thank you for your instructions on this install, I followed them and everything came out perfect and the light looks great! Keep up the good work & videos buddy it’s very much appreciated. Thanks again
Thank you buddy. I also have try doing it at the back, like cutting the cables at rear fender, but in order to have the cables going around wheel is more painful than to cut it in the middle. So i believe this us the way to go
@@MartinTheVlogger What worked for me was to splice in the middle using t-tap connectors and 16 gage wire, as I said before came out perfect and I hope your instructions will be useful to others looking to have that light installed on their bike. 👏🏾
Thanks for this video. I already have this light which I purchased about a month ago and needed help on how to do the install. I will use your video as a guide.. Thanks
I think there is also one extra solution,.. that will require to ask for the connection cable - SPLIT from guys from the company that produce it,. that way you dont have to cut so many cables, and you will just connect it at the light at the back - one will remain there the other one will be split. and will bring some extra cables to your bYke :( that is something I would like to build as well in next project.
@@MartinTheVlogger This sounds like much easier install to do. I hope you can do an installation video for this installation method in your next project.
@@rykerryd3r59 yes, i have ryker that is going to have the light as well. But it will take the time to put it all together. The deadline is end of february.. but get in touch with me via whatsapp +421902944669 and i will help you earlier :)))
@@MartinTheVlogger Thanks Martin for your help. I think I can wait until the end of February. I still don’t have this taillight. I think it will be a while before I install it.
Nice video. I want to get this but not remove my rear fender so I will need to tap wires like you. However why not just use t-taps instead of cutting your wires and creating splits?
Brent, i think you do think very well... i slept over this and i will come on my next project with different solution - i will take cables from the back to the front and wont be cutting them in middle.. Also in case you have correct plug in pins, you will do much better. however i think cables and colours will help to anyone out-there :)
Are we talking about stock seat down here,...??? you have trouble to put the stock seat back on RYKER?? as that is super crazy, and almost impossible.. you need to remove i believe the thing that seat sits on, and that means to remove half of the bYke.. i gave up,. and honestly i anyway wanted to have comfy seats... but its super painful...
Yes, I’m talking about the stock foam cushion seat with 4 rubber brackets on the back of it. I had to remove the cushion in order to install the NRC taillight, but I’m not able to get all 4 connectors to stay securely on the seat. I guess this is Can-Am strategy to get you to purchase a comfort seat.
@@MartinTheVlogger thanks maybe I won't bother than. Although we do have saddle bags. I 3d printed a frame to mount some strobes I use as turn signals on my 2 wheel bike. Might replicate it for the Ryker.
i just got this taillight and I will be waiting for the other solution to install this taillight without cutting the wires for the brakes/turn signals lights. Do I need to purchase any additional cables to install the taillight the easy way?
Hi buddy, do get touch with me vua email or via whatsapp +421902944669 i will not probably make the video about it, but i can explain pros and cons of second option
thank you very much Ed. Newer heard this word, so trying to memorise it. One legendary game has city called Vice City.. so i think it is something like compressed together.. maybe... anyway, big thanx.

Did only the euro models have the stalk type turn signals on the bike? I'd love to add them for more visibility but I'm not finding them anywhere.
