Kinda you get to interact through clubs and common groups. I later learned that batches aren't segregated it's just that financial planning course is of no interest to domestic students. Lot of them directly go to university because it's cheaper for them. I guess that's why

I did get a $3,000 scholarship it was available for my course I'm not sure if it is available or not for your course you may want to consult with your educational counselor regarding that and with regards to the job prospects you should find people on LinkedIn who have done the same course and try to find the salary for their job title I would say a salary of 70k to 80,000 would get you a comfortable long-term living

Finding co-op can get difficult otherwise you have to do the WIL project. If you just want to come to Canada then you can prefer the course without co-op

No I would say that you should stay in sarnia it's not a good idea to commute from London to Sarnia especially with public transport but if you have your own car then perhaps you can do that

Yes you can, it's all about the SOP, check out my SOP video & find creative ways to show how you bridged the gap. Say that you learned about personal finance during the lockdown when stock market crashed etc. People don't look down upon the gap years here

You won't be able to make a decent living just with this course. however as a career starter it is a good course. for example after completion of the IFC license you can get a job as a mutual fund sales representative and salary is about $50,000 a year. But you'll eventually need to do CFA CPA or something or join a firm and climb corporate ladder
@canadahamara Hey, I was educated that Financial planning is in good demand so I chose it, alternatively, I thought to do CFA or CPA certification or according to the circumstances whichever will help me grow. Although I got an offer letter and the course in Financial Planning & Wealth Management(Sep), honestly I believe in hard work and keep on trying so but if job opportunities are fewer then let's see ;-;
Sorry I do not have any idea you might have to go on LinkedIn and find the people who have done the same course and see the career growth try to Google the salary is that you will have after 2 or 3 years and that field and see if that is sufficient for a good life in Canada
