Right?! I would love to visit rumah wips actually, even low cost apartments.. that will provide the context and appreciation for what we enjoy as consumers just that surprisingly its rather challenging to get access. A balance is always good!! Thanks for sharing your thoughts:)
Thanks for watching!! It's important to know these before investing as most of the time, elements like these are not considered at all during the decision making process..
I am a big fan of you. Thanks for the videos posted and they really helped me a lot while I was making my decision to purchase my second property. Keep up your nice videos! Fighting.
i noticed a lot of owners there are doing partition for extra rooms in their units. Is there a demand for it? Considering the rental is already so low there Just curious with the Mrt completing soon. How come the rental still so low there
I would say this condo is “worth” the price . Nth much to shout at but the location is strategic and connectivity is good. Will definitely increase in value in the long run..
apart from the corridor, i really love to stay here as there is speedmart, mamak, kindergarden, cafes and i dont need to move my car to move around anymore
Near my house, at aman puri. Would you do a video of Amanja kepong? Because that area suppose most of the apartment are at around 300k but suddenly pop up a luxury residence which cost about 500k +
Thankfully I withdrew my booking fir their current new project due to several drawbacks. That water pipe design is immature. Looks like low cost flat. 🤦🏻♂️
I agree the water pipe is a design mistake. The project will look so different just by fixing the experience of the corridor.. Anyway, thanks for sharing your thoughts. I really appreciate it:)
Is it just me or most of developer here tend to be bad at designing common corridors. Usually it's old fashioned, narrow, dark, not well ventilated, and full of echo and smell of your neighbour cooking downstairs. Even new condo didn't overcome this problem.
It's because it's a business. Developers calculate floor plate based on efficiency, means total sellable area / total built up. Corridors are built by the developer but it cannot be charged to the owners when they purchase the property. Therefore, in order to maximise every inch of the floor plate, they will shrink the common areas. However, it's only this developer that took this to the extreme of 4ft. And it's not a general treatment for all developers across Malaysia. Thanks for sharing your point of view=)
I rented here once, the disadvantage is the car park only available at Block A. You need to go down the lift, cross the block, take the lift to your carpark level, and then drive your car out. Quite a hassle and i don't understand how the developer thought of it when they built the property. If you want to rent, it's unfortunate to say there's so many choice with medium cost apartment nearby. Even you can get cheaper rental at Indah condo beside it. And damai is super jem except 12am onwards, and that's also will be the never ending construction at the road outside. It's not really worth it for investment, more for own stay.
@@muhammadasrafzainudin6258 sorry i cancel the rental plan d,going for ownstay, but few days ago got salesman call me ask me for rental,0182712880 u can call him try
staying in this place currently, it's really breezy in the living room, and the best thing is the live traffic view from my room directly. amazing view actually >< only one thing that i couldnt understand, why there is no cover walking place from car park to the block A....... =(
Hey Judas, I did a few of those earlier but I'll try to mix around so we can gauge what's the difference between luxury and medium range products.. Thanks for suggesting though:)
That's true. Perhaps this would be easier as it's at the front? Thanks for sharing insights about the location. The audience would really appreciate it=)
looking back at this video, the corridor soooo narrow, best place to spread the corona virus among people who live here, 1 delta case go in gg everyone
Yea Adrian, they really wanted to use this project as a statement that they've learnt. The units seems okay to me in terms of construction quality, just that the design part of the corridor kinda discounted the overall feel of the place. Anyway, thanks for watching :)
I like how you decide to go mid range property, not the usually premium, luxury, exclusive property.
Perhaps Rumah WIP next time. Haha.

Hey Sean, I do own a Rumawip at Bukit jalil (to be vp soon) and welcome you to review it. Very informative channel of yours. Cheers.
Thanks for another brutally honest review. The narrow corridor seemed so suffocating. The LRT of 350m seemed so far away!

is it true that the narrow corridor is 4ft? or less?
Very good review and I like the condo.. But.. The traffic in DAMANSARA DAMAI is way too heavy.... Crazy jam on weekdays morning and evening
Hi Anita, thanks for sharing about the traffic condition. It would definitely help people make better decisions=)

Hi Sean, is it really a 4ft corridor? cause it looks like much narrower...
Well I measured using a laser measurement device lah.

hi, is there a guard house there?
Wah water pipe is so visible, old fashion.
Thanks bro! This the condo I bought.. 1228 sqf... Currently in renovate.. Hopefully the rental can hit up to 2.6k to cover my installment.. 🤔
Well it depends on partial or fully furnished.. hopefully you'll score a great tenant. Maybe you can get Jordan and Noelle to assist you:)
@@iherng they are agent? Ya spend around 40k..fully furnish.. Hopefully can la.. If not sien
Hi @Gashz Gan, I just recently bought a similar unit of 1228 sqft. If you don't mind to share what is the update on the rental situation?

I'm also looking at Sqwhere... trying to review that area soon=)
Thanks for watching yea!
5:40 tiles should be 400mm = 8x400mm = 3200mm, which is more plausible for a living room of that kind of unit
Another great vlog!
Thanks a lot for the kind words!! =)
Still waiting for u to review Sky Condo @ Bdr Pcg Jaya 😊
Hi Shannen, sorry but I'll try my best yea.

urmmmmm why you did not show the gym? that's really important
There was a lot of people inside, so I felt it was important to respect them instead.
The coridor is a failure, lack of lifts, hard to find tenants.
I thought so too but not really when you look into the rental rates.
MRT station only ready in 2022
But the price then would be different. Hahaha.
👍🏻
Thanks for watching!!
Damansara Seresta
Coming soon I hope so!
Thanks for asking=)
Those who complained about the exposed pipes will appreciate them after 30 years when they start leaking and getting blocked.
That's one positive way to look at it!! Hahaha. Amazing perspective=)
Thanks for sharing! *can't stop laughing.
