    First of all, pardon the skin condition right after my appointment with my dermatologist. Anyway, this is a boutique project located within Kuchai Lama, which is very popular currently due to it's brand new MRT station. This address has been around for very long and it's a favourite among the Chinese community due to it's location to the city. Within one road, we will be on Old Klang Road heading over to Midvalley. On the other side, we will drive to Bukit Jalil via OUG.
    216 Residences has only 216 units, with 6 units only in one floor. I was absolutely delighted with the corner unit layout. It's massive, it's comfortable. Every room is generous. Although with some weird positions of the air-cond ledge and blower along with weird positions of windows, the unit is nice. However, I realised none of the corner units are for sale. Only the smaller units within the center of the floor plates are.
    This address has it's unique charm of convenience with chaos. You will have cars parked everywhere, local roads are like main roads, disorganized infrastructure, but people here love it. So better pay a visit here before considering to get one yea;)

    For those who consider walk to MRT station, it is not so easy & not advisable due to the road/path and the safety concern [with take away the weather condition], there will be MRT feeder bus service but you need to bear with the bus frequency.

      Thanks for sharing NK. I tried walking until to the school which is fine. Beyond that I cannot dy hahahaha🤣

      Mrt feeder bus every 30 mins there will be one passing by the school T585 T588

    Kitchen area is way too small for a 3 bedroom unit. Yes the width of the living and dining area is nice but it's not particularly functional. Have to spend a fair bit of money to reconfigure it for own stay.

    agreed on the security thingy. i went here yesterday for bai nian and owner dont even need to register me. the guard house system looked very like low cost apartment. just wave ur hand u can masuk. what i did was i enter, drop my passenger, he just ask guard to open the lift door n tap to the floor he wanted to go. not sure if this is real hope some owner can lighten this up. there is no visitor registeration whatsoever, my passenger just went up like that lol

    Wat la weiii, best lah huge bedrooms btw, but as long as the area is clean but if it is dirty i give 20% haircut to the value

    The Kuchai MRT is about 2 km. There is a Petron station just below the property

    is petrol station near to a highrise that bad? tbh i dont mind with the additional traffic caused by it , rather the convenient store somehow gives convenient for me

    With only 216 units how to maintain the condominium after 3 years?

      Exactly, unless you are super rich and live in super condo with monthly maintenance fee in the thousands, low density is a minus point not a plus point as the property is guaranteed to be badly maintained after a few years due to insufficient fund.

    Try review another condo, The Hermington just nearby. Cheaper and almost full occupancy.

      I was told kuchai sentral residence (the new project Sean pointed to) will take over and redevelop into part of Kuchai Sentral's commercial area.
      But that was like a year or two ago, didn't see any movement

      Well it’s serving me extremely well. Fuel consumption has been incredible. No problem at all. Service at the Hyundai center is tip top:)
