question: why did you choose to build the workflow out in automations tab? is it because you have more control over the flow of the conversation and responses? Great detailed walkthrough. thank you
I’d like the bot to ask contact questions ie what is your first name? What is your last name, address etc. and have answers stored in contact record. How do you do this ?
I agree, but then how could you stop the bot from keep texting them? After a while if the prospect is not interested, the bot won't know when to stop sending messages.
Hey jasper, Im looking to set things up by monday, I can start the free trial anytime until then, is there a day where we could hop on a call and you could show me 1on1 how to set this up? That would be greatly appreciated hope you have a blessed day!
You are saying that you don't want the bot to be sending messages out on any other channels but sms @1:46 - so if I select all, wouldn't it only reply back on the channel they come in?
Hold up, so if I want my bot to directly message my client in my website? I have to have them submit a form? How to just have the bot respond to the website widget
Hey, after the prospect has answered all the questions and I want the bot the suggest them available times from the calender. How do I do that? Do I need to use Eliza AI Booking bot or how do I make it suggest slots from the calendar, not send the link. Thanks!
@@jasperhighlevel Thanks! And btw can I modify the message that Eliza sends when it suggest those times. Like make it simple such as ”Awesome, I’ve got a free slot on Monday at 1 PM and on Tuesday at 3 PM. Which one makes more sense to you?” Or is the message automatic where you can’t modify it?
@@jasperhighlevel Got it. Oh and just one more thing, is there a way to have an ai booking bot that books them in automatically and suggests times without needing the agency pro plan (497$/mo)?
Great video! Quick question, so we can customize the bot in the conversation AI settings, or directly in the automation. If I put the questions and answers in the settings, will it transfer to the workflow?
Hi @crismorales1542, We can customize the Bot in the conversion AI settings, also directly in the automation. Once the bot is enabled in the conversation AI settings, it automatically continue the conversation flow with the contact
yeah was great until we got to the workflow section and he had a preloaded version saying ill show you how to set up a new one and never did.... at this point it went from the best video... to the same as the other useless videos
What worked better for me was running OpenChat via Ollama on my own computer, setting it up as an API, then using my self-hosted API with custom webhooks in my workflows. By adjusting the system prompt, you can get it to act like/be anything you want, lot more control than OpenAI, and only costs me electricity
Can we jump on a call talk about building me bot for my solar company and also I have a heating business. Would I be able to divert calls to a number then have a bot text back if we do not answer ?
Is there a system that can be implemented for auto mechanics? Not just a snapshot though. The customers needs to be able to generate invoices for his customers. He needs to decode vehicles by the VIN or last name, number etc… He wants to be able to make quick invoices instead of writing them manually. Is there a way to implement this somehow?
Hi Jasper. In your experience, which bot is better in terms of appointment booking and general inquiry where conversation memory is important... conversation AI bot or chat gpt bot?
does it work with responding live inside the chat widgets on the websites. If not then how do you get a live chat widget that responds inside the chat widget in the website, and NOT on leadconnector or text or email.
Why would you choose to manually input it if it has to be exactly the same question they asked? Would web crawler provide more options such as not having to have them ask the specific question but something similar?
Hey Jasper, I'm wondering...is this a true generative and conversational AI that can really understand context and have a bit of a conversation if need be? Or is it really more a straight up logic based 'If a then b' kind of thing? Likie, what happens if the person responds but doesn't immediately answer the question the bot asked or doesn't satisfy the condition? Can the bot respond with a bit of small talk, responding to what the person said, and then bring it back to the main question until the condition is met or lost? And can it take context clues like, "Hey, I was wondering if you watched my webinar yet?", "No, not yet, going to watch it in a few days", can the bot be trained to know to follow up with the person after the amount of time mentioned by the lead?
Love the concept, but I'm finding that GHL's convo AI is S.L.O.W. and sometimes doesn't even move the contact forward. Plus, it constantly asks if there's anything else it can assist with. Have you managed to tame that with this workflow action or is it still better to just keep using Pabbly/Zapier for GPT based booking?
Also- what would this look like for a business with multiple services and calendars? Like a spa? If someone messages in asking about one of multiple services... how would the bot know which calendar to book it on, or which booking link to send?
Great video. But why are you starting with "form submitted" and not the Live chat/webchat? I want the bot to start talking when they visit any page on the website. Do you have a video on how to set that up?
It’s not possible for the bot to message someone first through a chat widget. The lead would have the message through the widget first and then the bot could interact from there
Didn't work for me. If the prospect doesn't answer the question exactly to a T or is vague at all, it will send the prospect through to no condition met. Not really realistic for persuading people to book a call.
I don't use the AI, but why wouldn't you just put an internal notification if the lead falls through "no conditions met" for that case, then you can jump right into the convo and take over.
Jasper. Getting ready to run a test. Word is if you have the contact in the ghl prior, and engage it into the workflow with ChatGpt, the A.I. won't pick up. Does this make sense? Ideas? I will keep you posted.
Yes. I have found that if I already sent a contact through the workflow the bot knows that and it doesn’t start the workflow over again. This only works on contacts that haven’t been contacted previously the way I have it in this video
does this conversation use the 3.5 turbo api? do you have to connect your own spend to it or is it covered in the GHL sub? Does it do comment replies or integrate voice? does it have meta catalogs ?

I’d like the bot to ask contact questions ie what is your first name? What is your last name, address etc. and have answers stored in contact record. How do you do this ?
Just use the "go to" action under timeout instead of copying everything, keeps everything much cleaner
Good point!

I am somewhat concerned about the 5 cents per message... Isn't that a huge markup passed on to us? My GPT 4 api is much less expensive.
It’s pricey but cheaper than paying an appointment setter
I believe that they have lowered the price per message to about 2 cents per.

did you have an answer ?
Por supuesto
How can I have a Web-Chat-Bot on my Website with GHL? Do I always have to send the person to SMS or DMs? I cant keep them in a Web-Chat-Bot?
