Colt went over and above building the new anaconda is a sugar-coated understatement!!! I own both the 2020 Python and 2021 Anaconda (just like you) and I honestly believe the 2021 Anaconda is by far the strongest and best revolver Colt has ever built. The cylinder is massive and easily 1/4" longer, wider, and thicker than an S&W 629 or a Ruger Super Redhawk. I really think Colt overbuilt the Anaconda to be ready to scale up for a 45 Colt - 454 Casull version in the future.

I remember selling the old Anaconda in the 90s and the inside of the frame looked like it was hit with a wood rasp. This is polished to a shine.

It's not thicker, the Redhawk/SRH cylinder is 1.8" in diameter, New Anaconda is 1.757".
It is very, very long though. The Anaconda's cylinder is 1.909" long, the Redhawk is 1.750", ludicrous.

I saw a similar disassembly/reassembly video on the new Python where the mainspring was installed using curved snap ring pliers. It might be a way to minimize frustration. Thanks for this video. I've been waiting for someone to do exactly what you've done!

Not to come across like a weirdo, but could you elaborate on what you mean by this? I have an 8'' 2021 Anaconda, and it very quickly became my favorite gun. If I can make it even better, I'd like to know how.
I've seen those Wilson Combat rear (and front sights) on sale, but I was never really sure what they bought you.

Good to see the guts of my revolver since I'm too afraid to pull mine apart unless it's absolutely necessary.
I'm 100 percent satisfied with the python and anaconda I got. There were a few problems with the first 44 but colt was great and fixed them for no charge and now I have a beautiful slug slinger.
And holy hell can that thing handle some hand loads.
I've fired a few real stanky rounds from it and aside from the recoil being painful, the gun took it like a champ.
On that note I was pleased to see that the anaconda was among the guns that can withstand Buffalo bores "what the hell was I thinking?!?!" rounds.
Not that I'm going to rush out to buy some 300gr bear clobberers. But...good to know.

@rustyrestorationww1ww2 quite true, sir. I've sat and turned mine over in my hands more than a few times just to appreciate what they did to make them. They are built pretty nicely. Gotta give them credit there for sure.
And I did like the video. I spent most of that comment talking about myself but truly I can appreciate people who know their guns enough to take them apart and help people understand what's going on under the skin.
I've worked on a few of my guns thanks to guys like you. Successfully worked on them even. No foul ups yet.
Thanks for being here to help people like me learn. I like to tinker but revolvers are pretty new to me so I'm takin it slowly.

Haha I totally agree but the owner of this fine revolver will not hold back and he will shoot it and handle it like it's a mule so if it's not scratched now it soon will be then I will fix the scratches for him. This revolver was made to be used it's very well built.

I have to agree with you about that. These new factory pythons and anacondas are very nice from the factory but I really like my Smith&Wesson revolvers more because they are very easy to work on and all the parts are forged steel unlike the new pythons and anaconda both have a few mim parts. I agree with you about that. That is what breaks the most on cowboy 6 shooters when they fan the hammer it slings the cylinder fast enough to break it off or fold it over and locks it up. These new colts it won't fold since that part is mim so it will snap off sooner or later.
