I did this yesterday and now I have DOMS so bad my legs don’t work. I need help standing up and going up/down stairs. Also nothing was done for the back of the legs, I kept thinking, maybe he’ll move away from quad excercises soon but it never happened. This will help me with the tube stairs and escalators though 👌
Hi Joe! Amazing workout as always! Just had a quick question for you. I am an avid weight trainer, regularly squatting over 140kg - but recently have just welcomed my first child into the world. Obviously my time is now much more restricted so I can’t do my normal 2 hour leg routines (nor do I really want to with my beautiful boy at home). Would a workout like this continue to build muscle in the legs for someone like me? Or at the very least maintain for a few months until my time starts to get a bit less restricted? Thanks!
