As someone who gets stressed out having more than 5 wips, I really love seeing videos where people have many wips and enjoy all of them! So many beautiful projects!
I really love 20 count aida lately! All the tiny stitches but easier on my eyes than 36-40 count! I can’t wait for you to have all these pieces finished and on your walls, I can just envision what a bright and cheery setting it’ll be be with your love of colour
Fab parade Marjorie! I really loved your organization of this video and the calming way you speak about your projects. You’re a very soothing presence ❤❤ Happy stitching!
Gorgeous! I work doing museum projects and was advised of the easy win technique where you start with the thing its easiest to complete or do…..just a thought….
thank you for being here! ✨💖 long dog has a page titled “peccadilloes” that has smaller patterns. i looked at those for my tail end project at first, but any monochromatic pattern would work! 😋
Great WIP parade! First time viewer and I’ll be back to see your 2025 stitching! I totally agree with your assessment of 20 count aida…….it is fabulous! I used to look at the larger projects done on 40 count linen and wish I could do them…..can’t do linen but now I can do the larger projects on 20 count aida! ❤
welcome!! thank you so much for being here ✨💖 so glad we share the view of 20ct. i’m so happy to see it as an option, but also the variety of hand dyed colorways.
Awesome WiP Parade! I love the idea of using a Long Dog for those thread ends. I wanted to do something similar for some time now, but did not know which pattern to use. So i might also use a Long Dog ☺️ Hope you have a good new year and lots of success working on your goals.
thank you so very much! 💖✨ long dog had some smaller patterns that i have on my wishlist, so you wouldn’t necessarily have to go with pandemic. they’re all so lovely and would work great for a tail end project.
“Luv ya, mean it” right back at ya! ❤️ You bring me so much joy and happiness and light and sparkles 💖 and I want to thank you for that. It’s immeasurable to me. So please continue doing what you do best; being YOU. ❤❤❤
Great video, I’m usually a lurker but I love your logic for 2025 stitching. Your enthusiasm is contagious and I’m glad you are enjoying the self-discovery that comes with cross stitch. Who knew we could grow thru meditating over X’S….🪡🧵☮️❤️
Oh my goodness, I think you read my mind! I have been considering a tail end project for over a year now and I wanted it to be Pandemic by Long Dog too!
Yassssss! It was a joy to watch your parade, your projects are gorgeous. Thanks to you, I just added Floral Motifs to my wishlist, LOVE! Thank you for sharing your passion with us and I look forward to you working towards your exciting and ambitious goals! 😊
Love seeing all your WIPs! Almost all of them are ones that I would love to stitch too. So you have thoroughly enabled me on several of these. And of course, I’ve subscribed. Looking forward to seeing your progress! I forgot to say that I understand completely your preference to start a project than to finish it. I like to tell people I have terminal startitis!
Happy to find you!! You’re so beautiful and have a wonderful smile😁 I was instantly drawn in…such lovely work too lol I’m not a crazy stalker person I’m sure crazy stalker people say that too lol just like to compliment beautiful women when I see them 🥰 I am a maker of all the things too except I’m just started a full coverage this year so 🤞🏻I don’t know what royal rows means so looking that up now lol
Wow! I loved this WIP parade! Very ambitious! Your stitching is really beautiful! You present your projects very nicely. So inspired! I can’t wait to see all your finished projects! PS: your eye brows frame your face so nicely!
The "thread end" idea is fabulous. You're making me think a certain kind of way about a Long Dog. Speaking of dogs, introduce your baby. He made the cutest appearance.
I am 5 minutes in and am already Inspired to A. Not count my Full coverage projects in my WIPs and B. Start a tail stitching project! Thanks for sharing!!
@ I enjoyed my stay, 5 stars!! Also, I must have been living under a rock, I just found you thanks to my buddy Wildewoman Tara but it’s cool, I live here now. Lots to catch up on. 🤩
Wow incredible wip parade 🎉 So many gorgeous projects . I was looking to find the four season ladies by Barbara Anna. Where did you purchase them ? Thank you for sharing 🎉
Bonjour, j'ai adoré votre WIP et la revue de vos encours. Que de beaux ouvrages ! J'adore les couleurs de vos toiles. On ne trouve pas autant de choix dans les couleurs de toile en France. A bientôt
So tempted by so many of your amazing WIPs. Your fruits of plenty will be so gorgeous when finished. This year I want to work on dees20stitches new SAL and working through my digital pattern stash. Have a great week ❄️
I am so excited to hear that you are attending StitchCon weekend A. I will be there too. It will be my first retreat ever. I loved hearing your 2025 plans also.
First time watching. Your screen grab caught my eye. Your Fruits of Plenty is beautiful. I also like the Floral Motif Sampler stitched on ballet slipper fabric. I need to pull that pattern out. The idea of one motif per week is a good one.
On the Fruits of Plenty I heard you say that you used 2 colors of DMC floss but I didn't hear the color numbers. Would you mind sharing? I have purchased DMC 3750 and 932. But, after I saw yours I am loving the pink over the blue. Vivian Ann living 100% off grid on the side of the mountain in northeast Tennessee
Oh my I myself can only have three wip at a time otherwise I get stressed. I like watching those floss tube videos that share their wips though! Your work is beautiful
Love a wip parade but yours are always extra fun! 2025 resolution for me- all the 20 count (and maybe see an eye doctor but that feels less important). Thanks for sharing I would have watched a 4 hour video so if you ever don't want to cut I don't mind
The colors that you are using on your wips are beautiful. Could you tell me the colors that you are using for the ink circles flower power? I love those colors. Everything you are doing is absolutely amazing.
OMG, I loved loads of your WIPS and just had to go and buy two charts immediately. Was very disappointed at not finding the ‘Cherries’ on the LDS site. It took me a while to find it with the French title🤦♀️
You have such beautiful projects on the go! I was wondering who is the designer for that framed finish on your wall -- the one with the red house and Quaker motifs? So pretty!
I love the large pink on silver at 14.00, please could you give me the details of the pattern, thanks. Also the medallion straight afterwards, I love the colour way you have done and the shade of fabric...please could you give me details of that please...thanks from the UK I loved your WIP.parade today, gorgeous work!
i think you’re referring to Floral Motif Sampler (i stitch that on ballet slipper fabric) and then Fruits of Plenty by Modern Folk Embroidery (using DMC 3858 and 3859 floss). if you were referring to something else or need more info, please let me know! 😊
thanks for watching! 💖✨ i only have stats for my digital patterns. i use pattern keeper and markup xp apps to mark off my stitches. these apps keep track of stitches completed, total number of stitches, and the percent complete. i also use the stitching nati template for notion to keep track of stats.
Thank you so much for taking the time to reply. I will definitely try that out. I’ve done 4 full coverage pieces now and just started my 5th. I tend to focus on one piece at a time until it’s finished and I’m blown away by discovering stitchers such as yourself who start and work on multiple projects at a time! You are an inspiration. ❤
Love your projects thank you for sharing! I have a question, where did you get those magnetic fabric holders from? I have been searching for something like that for a while, I live in Australia, would appreciate a response, thank you.
i ordered them online a few years ago, but they’re called magnetic cable ties. they’re veryyyy helpful! i hope you’re able to find some 😊 thanks for watching 💖
hey, deborah! thanks for being here 💖 i sourced at the easel from Artecy. i believe it was a free chart from their facebook group, so it may still be available in their files on there. it’s been several years, so i don’t remember the details. and floral alphabet sampler is from tinsel cross stitch (i believe on etsy). hope this helps! let me know if you have any other questions 😊
Many, many, years ago I dipped my toe into cross stitching; I find cross stitching tedious and too slow going for me. I prefer quicker results. I did enjoy watching your video and your work is beautiful. I have a question, why not complete a project? Just curious.
i find this comment tedious, tbh. to indulge you, though, this video (as mentioned in the title) is for showing my works in progress. i completed over 20 projects in 2024. this is my primary hobby and brings me immense joy.
Your WIPS are great. Question how do you know how many stitches you have stitched etc and the percentage. Do you count all the squares before stitch then do the math. That sounds like a lot of work just to have some stats.
As someone who gets stressed out having more than 5 wips, I really love seeing videos where people have many wips and enjoy all of them! So many beautiful projects!
Same :) currently i have 7 and its too many but I love watching hour long WIP videos.
thank you!!! 💖✨

i agree!! 40ct is such a struggle for me most of the time!
i definitely can’t wait to have my own little memento wall of all my stitching 🥹💖 one day!!
I'm 40, also with a septum piercing and I love to cross-stitch. I have found my person. Subscribed! 💕
welcome!! i’m so glad to have you here 💖
