Because of your wonderful videos on wax sealing I have started doing wax sealing, trying desperately to copy you!!! PLEASE keep doing videos which include this craft form. Thank you for being a wonderful teacher to all your viewers.
And a bit of fun for us too! In your inimitable style you've whipped up something special that one could find on the High Street for 20 pounds! Thank you. 💌
Wow Christine, two things really brought this card to the highest level: 1) The colored Gelli print behind your louvered heart. 2) The gold gilding wax on your heart seal. So beautiful! I have saved this video in my ‘Christmas card ideas’ to remember the cute little envelope idea. THANK YOU!
I virly like this. About the sealing, you wasn't quiet satisfies with.. its homemade, and that makes it so beautiful. I am sure, that back in the days , where they use seals, it never where quite perfect. I think it's absolutely gorgeous ❤. And my English is not my first language, I live in Denmark, and I enjoy every video, you made. There are always so many tips and ideas❤
I always enjoy reading your comments Lotte, more so because you are writing in a second language! Thanks so much for your support of my channel! ❤️❤️❤️
Another beautiful card and your seals always seem beautiful. Thanks again for sharing the reality that even experienced card markers make mistakes. I often feel if there are 100 ways for something to go wrong, I will encounter 105 of them in a single card. It helps me persevere and improve knowing it's just part of the learning process.
I love your videos! l look for them every day and have adopted you CAS style. Thank you so much ❤. I keep my metal seals in a bowl of ice. They release much better. From Washington state, 🇺🇸
I did a couple of videos where I used ice for the seals, a little hand sanitizer smeared on the seals also helps with the release particularly with hot glue!
Thanks for the vidéo. Le petit sceaux enveloppe est tout mignon et match super bien avec la grandeur de l enveloppe. L association de la cire , du feutre et du fond à la gelli ... it s wonderful. Thanks and good evening. 👋👋👋
Darling new seal for this wonderful card. Love the background gel print you'd made. Hoping I can make a similar one to use. As always, thank you for the video and inspiration!
Hi. Thank you for sharing this lovely card and I'll bet the leftover stripe cutouts from the heart would make a nice card, too. That background print you used is gorgeous and so glamorous looking that I would have used it for as many cards as I could squeeze out of it, it would be perfect for Christmas cards as well. Thanks again and have a great day.😊
The gilding wax looks great on the seal. An acrylic pen works too. I have struggled with my wax seals too. I’ve learned not to simp on the wax and to not press the seal into the wax. I think they’re made heavy so you don’t have to press. I did see a technique where you can lay down a small circle die and make your seal within it. It keeps it a bit rounder. It’s fun to experiment with them though. Your card is lovely and elegant😊
I like that you don't edit your videos - it proves that even the pros can get things a little wrong once in a while! You've really brought me over to the CAS side of stamping Christine.
This is a gorgeous card!. I am so in awe of your desktop organization skills. It's as though art supplies appear in your hands like a magician. :-) I enjoy your videos so much.
That is the biggest roll of tape I have ever seen! You've probably already colored the sentiment, but could you cut it out of the same gel press background and layer that onto the ones cut from card stock? And ... I agree with Susan Myrick - I used to use a lot of sealing wax, and the perfect seal was an anomaly. This card is brilliant. PS Well, obviously, I hadn't watched to the end of the video before I wrote this. 😉
Oh I love that sweet envelope seal, so sweet! I'm glad you don't edit your video's, I like seeing everything myself. If I need to skip forward, I will, but never felt the need with your video's. Beautiful card as usual! Hugs, Brenda
What a lovely card. I love your wax seal. It’s great. I don’t edit my videos either. You tube has got an editing suite that you can use for fast forwarding sections etc, but I’ve never used it. Your heart die is lovely. I love how the pattern shows a little through the slits. Very stylish. Thank you for another fab tutorial. - Dawn 🌅
I love how quickly your cards come together and it has taught me to save backgrounds that I was unhappy with because they look fabulous in projects such as this. That burnt orange/burgundy/gold mix is lovely. I hope your husband is progressing nicely and not getting too frustrated with the recovery process. 💕
@@Chrissieannie That's wonderful news - I wish him continued success! Yes, I have learned from you that even if a section is not quite what you intended, it doesn't mean it is unusable. Many thanks! 💕
Please don't heavily edit your videos. One of the (many) things l enjoy is the chat and you voicing your thought processes. I think it is also helpful for people new to papercrafting too, they see things done in real time. It gives a good representation of how much time it takes to actually do something. I know you do quite a bit of prep for the content but I still think it gives a realistic timeframe. I have heard more than one person say they are too slow as it takes much longer for them to do something over the years, speed comes with practice. Thank you
It says in the description, I buy Gummiapan dies directly from the manufacturers in Sweden, gummiapan.com. They ship worldwide very quickly and at a reasonable cost. There is also an agent in the UK gummiapan.uk
@@Chrissieannie Thank you, Christine. I’ll check them out today, this is a new vendor I have never heard of, so I am anxious to take a look and hopefully get my hands on that adorable little envelope die! Cheers to you!
So excited, Christine as this site has some things that I have had a hard time finding in the U.S. Ordered 3 fun dies, including the tiny envelope with heart. Thanks so much for sharing this site with me and now I need to be patient while I wait for my package to arrive!
Such a sweet wax seal; the perfect embellishment for the tiny envelope. Love the simplicity and style!
Thanks so much❤️❤️❤️
Beautiful in it’s simplicity love the addition of the envelope and seal. Thank you and take care.
Thanks so much❤️❤️❤️
My day is complete when I find a video from you. Love your style

That’s so kind thank you ! I’m sure there will be more videos on wax seals !!! ♥️♥️♥️
What a delightful make. Like the little wax seal. I have not got one quite so small and sweet. Thank you Christine. x
You could use a button if you don’t have a small seal! 😊😊😊
Very pretty card. I love that tiny wax seal, and I think it looks more authentic when its not perfectly round.
Thanks Karen, maybe you are right about the seal! 😊😊😊

Third little envelopes are so cute in that you can use them with or without the little heart design.❤️❤️❤️

Glue doesn’t react quite like wax does. I have the gold pens, but I prefer to use the Gilding wax.
