I remember my final interview in TP is "how can you describe color yellow to a blind person since birth? "😁 I don't have any idea about that question but good thing there's something in my heart that is dictating the answer then I open my mouth and answer the question. After that, I hear the voice on the phone "Congratulations for passing your final interview, I will now endorse you to your behavioral interview and once you passed it we will send your job offer via email right away. And finally I passed all the recruitment process❤❤❤ I got a job offer in just 1 day❤💪
Really ! I mean nag take po ako ng account validation/final interview yesterday .. Then sabi sakin wait mag contact ang recruitment kung ano score then knina may nag txt sakin for behavioral interview dw po ako .. So it means naka pasa po ako kahapon? 😀
@@hennkanji6545 Yeah sure. Basta be yourself lang. Actually, as long as on point yung mga sagot mo and 'pro company' e ihahire ka nila. Initial interview: -Tell me something about yourself? -What is customer service? -Do you have any working expriences? Elaborate mo and as well as yung mga naachieve mo during that time. -Tapos some out of the box question. Ang akin is kumbaga (tagalugin ko na lang) more on kung satisfied ka ba sa mga bagay na naachieve mo ngayon? Final interview: Dito na tinetest kung fit ka ba talaga sa work/account. I brag mo lang talaga mga achievements mo like kung pano mo naovercome ang mga challenges, abilities and skills and kung interested ka ba talaga sa company or after ka lang talaga sa salary? Dapat parati yung sagot mo is 'Pro Company' like pabor lahat sa kanila. Then do some research about the company as well. Malalaman din pati nila kung scripted ka magsalita so that magtatanong sila ng mga complicated questions. Yun lang, good luck!

@@hennkanji6545 Yes, of course. Try mo yung technique wherein magpapractice ka ng interview together with your friend or colleague. It'll somehow work though
