I remember myself way back January 2021, when i used to scan this you tube channel of Kwestyon since i'm applying to a BPO industry. Im a newbie that time and i applied and failed to most of the BPO industry here in the city. Now, i went back to this channel smiling. I got the regular position after 6 months. I take calls and email as well. I promoted to level 3 after 9 months that is where i assigned to back office work. Thank you for the knowledge Kwestyon and to all newbies out there, laban. Yakang yaka yan!!
I've been waiting for this one! I was a college dropout 2years ago also because of the pandemic and financial problems and I really do want to become a part of the BPO industry but I still doubt my communication skills and vocabulary. I am still hoping to have the courage to apply before this year ends. Thank you for this video!
Been a month and I just want to say, thankyou madam! I just got my Job offer earlier. Your videos helped me a lot! First time applicant and first time interview. Even though I kinda stuttered earlier, as long as I delivered the message that I wanted to convey, it's still counted. For aspiring applicants, go for it!

Next month will be my 1year mark with my job and I just want to thank you po ulit about the contents you made, really helped me a lot! I’ve been watching your videos ever since and I’m finally having an interview next week, hopefully I pass this time since I failed my initial interview in the first bpo company I applied for because of the lack of confidence in speaking. Hope you gain more followers since your channel is informative and very helpful for someone like me:)
Hello, I'm back here. This is very helpful to me when I had my final interview. It's my first time applying as CSR and I got hired the same day. I'm working for 2 weeks now. 💖
I will binge-watch your interview videos because I will have my final interview next week! It's really a good thing that you create videos that are applicable to certain applicants that are specific with regard to experiences/educ attainment. However, what I like the most is that the way you answer questions, your diction, and the way you construct these answers are just *chef's kiss* I am a Bachelor's graduate and I do not possess the presence that you exhibit in these videos, I need more practice. Thank you for making such helpful content. I hope you get the recognition and acquire more subs because you really deserve it!

Thank you for this video miss. I passed my final interview because of your videos..but I'm so sad I failed my accounts validation 😭 I don't have experience in BPO companies. What shall I do to pass my accounts validation next time? Thank you and Godbless
I binge-watch your videos last night before my first ever face-to-face interview in BPO industry today. I just got home and passed the 3 interviews!!!!! I couldn't make it without your help. You are an angel. You really are! You deserve a million subscribers.
I am a college student and last week was my first time having a formal job application in the BPO Industry. I was able to pass the interviews in Sutherland and also passed their Language Assessment after second take. 😭 Fortunately, I was able to pass the final interview in VXI as well. The only preparation I had was only through watching your videos from the oldest to recent ones. Thank you so much po and more power! ❤ Ps. I remember during my final interview in VXI for the AT&T account, the interviewer conducted 2 mock calls. I was so surprised because I thought I would just be asked with series of questions, luckily, I watched your mock call videos and was able to learn the keypoints that should be noted in mock calls. 😭
I am a college dropout and I got a call center job for an airline on my first interview. Don't be discouraged to try if you are in a similar situation :)
I failed my call center initial interview during the other day despite doing well in the exams. I felt sad because I really needed this job. Yes, it's not exactly the end of the world since there are tons of other companies and jobs out there, AND I could reapply at the same company after 30 days. I'm glad I found your channel, it's very informative. I thought that having English as my first language was enough but it turns out that my usual way of speaking English won't be exactly appropriate for a call center/customer service setting. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. I'll continue applying for the rest of the month.
I just got disqualified after applying as an agent. I lack at emphasizing the words coming from my mouth, and also lack of experience. Seeing your vids made me realized to keep going. I watched your vids for almost 1 week now, and i wanted to learn more about how to improve your communication skills pls do more vids!!!btw you're so pretty!!!!
@@arvinsenglishph2293 since i started listening to British talk show or news, understanding American conversations became easier for me though i still find some difficulty in speaking English fluently
Same miss sidney, I just got disqualified today and I felt so discourage about myself why I cant even emphasize the words for my answers and why is it so hard to speak in english rather than writing it😭😭😭
awww :< i could still remember how i always used to watch kwestyon's videos to prep for my very first job interview last yr. as a college dropout who doesn't have that much of experience - it was really challenging and it made me so anxious but i made it u guys! if it wasn't for her i wouldn't have passed the interview. now i finally decided to continue my studies and had quit my job already kaya medyo emotional lang kasi naalala ko pinagdaanan ko during the application process :'''(
Awww. that’s so nice to hear! I hope you got something out of it aside from the monetary benefit. Best of luck on your studies. C’est la vie. Gotta move forward.
i can say that my whole experience somewhat changed me and i attribute the progress and lil achievements i'm making in my studies to my previous job 'cause it made me bolder, stronger, and more confident. that's one of the amazing benefits/lessons i got that i will forever value more than the money i earned/saved. thank youuu po
I just got my final interview today, I've preparing myself and your videos helped me a lot! I gained a lot of confidence and they called me again within the same day to announce I was hired! I will start training next weekend and I already know what to expect thanks to you. Thanks a lot!

Hello! I just want to share and thank you for giving these free advice and tips for aspiring call centers. Matagal na akong nag iisip na mag apply sa call center but nung nalaman kong may mga exam like versant napanghinaan ako ng loob kahit na alam kong I can understand english well but can't speak it straight or fluently. Sinubukan kong mag apply sa isang company and this is my 1st trying. I passed their exams and already waiting for my traning this july. Thank you so much I learned so much from your youtube videos and hoping everyone who watch your vids will also pass their assessments.
I've been binge watching your vlogs since last week. I just had my mock call today & I got in! I can really say that I wouldn't pass the tests and mock call if I didn't watched your videos. Thank you so much, Ma'am! ♥️
Hello Sheena, I've been watching your videos and I learned a lot from you. I followed your tips on mock calls for newbies and this role play interview. I just passed my final interview and the assessment this evening. You are very helpful to those aspiring to be a call center agent, you're the best Sheena! I will keep updated on your upcoming videos.😊

Hello po! Sana po masagot question ko. ano po pinakamatagal na duration na iaallow ng company like concentrix before magstart ng training? In my case, i applied for the company. however, yung tita ko po kasi pupuntang america tapos humingi siya favor sakin na kung pwede bantayan yung house for a month. nahihiya ako tumanggi kasi siya nagpaaral saakin eh. 😭
Tinanong niya ako, If i have a question? Habang nagsasalita ako, nag double talk siya akin at sinabi niyang, goodbye and keep my line open. So, nag stop akong magsalita at nagulat ako sa nangyari. But still, employee parin siya at sinasahuran lamang. 😊
I was about to take my account validation for a travel account, specifically airline account. But unfortunately, the security guard of the building didn't let me in because I couldn't present a valid ID to enter their office. HAHAHAHAHA
Pls do video like this but for seniors high school graduates with no work experience huhu. I've been watching your videos for months now but I still find it hard if I have nothing to offer them, pls.help me but from those months I can see myself imporving
I am so grateful that your channel existed because if not I would not be able to get hired in BPO or even think of applying. I have worked in call center now for 1yr and 2 months and 2 months ago I got promoted as a QA. So far being a QA is good and at the same time stressful because there is a lot of request coming from the Op’s. Anyway, I just wanna let you know that I have been following the tips you posted on this channel for almost 2 yrs now and for those people aspiring to work in BPO this is the right channel for you. ☺️
I'm not against to you actually kahit nahihirapan Ako sa mga tips na binibigay mo I'm still watching your vlog, don't no why! 😅 Hoping mag karoon Ka Ng vlog na mas madali para saming not fluent in English Kasi karamihan sa question na binabato mo out of the box question.
Hi Mhel, thanks for the feedback. Can you specify exactly what should have been done differently? This interview only has 2 out of the box questions btw. The rest are common interview questions. Siguro you're overwhelmed by the lengthy answer of the applicant? The words used? Usually kasi, during the interview, interviewers ask you to expound. They ask follow up questions. They dive deeper. Especially sa final interview. My question is, have you sat in a job interview before? If so, what things in this video should have been done differently to properly reflect the interview of a newbie? Kasi if English is your issue, the only one who can truly help you is yourself. Others can share tips but learning the language will be all up to you. At the end of the day, interviewers will be interviewers. They are there to assess you. Some might show mercy but most are there to ensure that the company invests its training money wisely. The simulation is for you to practice the atmosphere of an interview. Learning the language, how to communicate, they're all up to the applicant. Otherwise, everyone who applies would be accepted but that just isn't the case. As with all endeavors, there's a barrier to entry.
@@Kwestyon i couldn't agree more! You can get enormous tips and tricks on youtube when it comes to cracking the interview However, learning the English language and improving your communication skills is solely up to you.
@@mheltaylorsversion58 i reckon that every interviews is different. study the most common interview questions such as tell me about yourself, weaknesses/strengths, what is your plan in 3,5 or 10 years so on and so forth. Expect difficult questions during interview and learn how to respond them properly in case you don't know the answer. You got this!
Oh Hi there Sheina! I'm a biggest fan of your channel and I have a call center experience last 6 months but can you create an another interview video about those applicants who had Call Center Experience just to be used as a guide for my interview to the other BPO company please? Thank you!

Thank you for making this video po, na realize ko na po kung bakit di ako natanggap sa final interview pa lang. I can relate to this video kasi i'm a college drop out din and because of financial reason, instead of going back to school and continue my study, i've decided that maybe BPO industry will be the best job that i could apply as a person who doesn't have any experience in any kinds og job. Good thing there are some companies who accept SHS Applicants. I applied 5 BPO companies but they all rejected me because i lack self confidence and haven't really understood how call center agents work. Just by watching all of your videos i have learned alot ❤️ i'm not that good in english speaking and techy but you gave me an idea on how to be an effective Call Center Agent and i will use this lesson and share it will other people who likes to work in BPO.

I binge-watch your videos last night before my first ever face-to-face interview in BPO industry today. I just got home and passed the 3 interviews!!!!! I couldn't make it without your help. You are an angel. You really are! You deserve a million subscribers.
Omg, congratulations!

No mock call?
I am a college student and last week was my first time having a formal job application in the BPO Industry. I was able to pass the interviews in Sutherland and also passed their Language Assessment after second take. 😭 Fortunately, I was able to pass the final interview in VXI as well. The only preparation I had was only through watching your videos from the oldest to recent ones. Thank you so much po and more power! ❤
Ps.
Today i got disqualified after completing 3 round of concentrix. And now i know where i lose interview
@@arvinsenglishph2293 such an important tip Thank you
Same too
@@arvinsenglishph2293 since i started listening to British talk show or news, understanding American conversations became easier for me though i still find some difficulty in speaking English fluently

How many times interview before start training?
Thanks! Sobrang helpful ng mga videos mo talaga! Planning to apply sa bpo and currently binge watching your videos. New subscriber here! You're awesome! 👍
Omg thank you so much!!!!!! ♥️♥️♥️
Can you make a initial interview like this one but the applicant has a work experience but not call center experience?
Finally!! I've been really waiting for this. I cannot imagine that today is my final interview and I think watching your videos for almost 2 years now has been helping me to be a great communicator. I hope you continue posting more vital and helpful content. Thanks a lot!!
Hello, can I use my 1 month experience as a waiter on the interview?
Hello Sheena, I've been watching your videos and I learned a lot from you. I followed your tips on mock calls for newbies and this role play interview. I just passed my final interview and the assessment this evening. You are very helpful to those aspiring to be a call center agent, you're the best Sheena! I will keep updated on your upcoming videos.😊
Kwestyon i Would Request You to Please Make A Video For Extra Good and Excellent Customer Service Which Consists of Lots of Patience Empathy and Escalation Handling Skills Please
Suddenly i just applied in bpo company but i was rejected because i can't express of what I'm going to say so that all the questions by the interviewer i didn't answer so that it gives me a lesson to learn more on how to speak in English so that
I honestly feel like crying I'm not even sure why they didn't interview me for mock call it makes me think Im not hired...I forgot to ask them about it
Ms, Sheena can you place make a video revolving on how to construct your thoughts while in the middle of interview I just got rejected with different bpo companies and also how to overcome your fear on interview thankkkk you btw your videos help a lot of aspiring agent like me more videos to comeeee ❤❤❤
I'm interested sa journal thingy mam hakhak ikaduha na ni nga video about sa journal from how to sell a pen?.. salamat kaayu
Tanging alam ko lang ay ang acc ko sa company na 'yun, i don't know if it's TOC or Telco acc pero pagkakarinig ko po is TOC nagsearch ako sa google wala namang ganung acc.so hindi ko sya mapaghandaan kasi wala akong alam tungkol sa acc na 'yun.
If you know TOC acc po please enlighten me. i'm just a fresher to this kind of industry so i'm tryin' my best to adapt through research and watching your vlog.
Hello po! Sana po masagot question ko. ano po pinakamatagal na duration na iaallow ng company like concentrix before magstart ng training? In my case, i applied for the company. however, yung tita ko po kasi pupuntang america tapos humingi siya favor sakin na kung pwede bantayan yung house for a month. nahihiya ako tumanggi kasi siya nagpaaral saakin eh. 😭
Wow, you're from Cebu? From Cebu here.
Pwede bang mag apply kahit senior high school graduate lang sa Call center agent?
Flabbergasted luv the inerview.. I believe that de editing of it is so laborious like switching roles by same persons.
maybe their workplace culture is toxic thatswhy God is redirecting you into sth better. Nevertheless,Goodluck on your next job search.

Without you I wouldn't know what to do at call center! Love you so much keep it up
I pass interview from Teleperformance .But on 1st assessment from my mock call account I did not passed. In my training.
I want to thank you for giving me these wonderful tips! I just passed my initial and final interview, all thanks to you!😊
I tried applying to call center job even though i have a speech disorder called stuttering syndrome. Meron ba dyan na kagaya ko? hahaha
thank you Sheena that you exist😍
Must say ur mock calls and video series helped me in getting a job ...done the best interview
Thank you for this video 😁
Like Hindi sya helpful para sa mga newbies and nag babalak mag call center I think Yung gantong video is para lang sa mga top notchers or fluent talaga mag English.
I'm not against to you actually kahit nahihirapan Ako sa mga tips na binibigay mo I'm still watching your vlog, don't no why! 😅
Hoping mag karoon Ka Ng vlog na mas madali para saming not fluent in English Kasi karamihan sa question na binabato mo out of the box question.
Im having a walk in interview soon I hope I can be this confident and I wont get mental blocked which is my bigggest problem rn 😢
You can do it!
Oh Hi there Sheina! I'm a biggest fan of your channel and I have a call center experience last 6 months but can you create an another interview video about those applicants who had Call Center Experience just to be used as a guide for my interview to the other BPO company please? Thank you!
I almost run out of luck but I got a text message for an interview tomorrow I think im confident to answers question now unlike before.. Thank you for the ideas!! ❤

Thanks Mam God bless

Hi! Same situation. I have no work for a long time but i have experienced working in a call center before and now i'm planning to reapply. If you dont mind me asking how's your life now? have you found a job?
I've been watching your videos for quite some time now, and it really helps me a lot during my interviews. I landed a job offer in Concentrix Makati and will start next week, so I wanna say Thank you and Godbless.🙂
Ma'am can you make a video po with applicant's background ng: JHS/No educational background, customer service skills learned from Hotel Hub family business, fluent English; writing, reading, and speaking
Interview really is like telling story about yourself, how I wish my English is as good as yours❣️
Oh my god i have to prepare more about my interview , even though we re never ready 100% therefore i get alot of works to do. Next year , i ll obtain it , my only hope that i know everything is possible when you put the pedal and make so much effort then you never did before. Thank you ma am.

You are very articulate, spontaneous and very well-spoken in English language ma'am.10/10.How to be you gwapa?
I have a little problem of hearing, when I'm nervous I'm also having a mental block. I failed 2 interview last month. I'm currently practicing by watching your videos, hoping it can boost mt confidence and help me pass the interview and got a Job
right now I'm just learning and studying about English because of u hahahahhaha it booze my confident❤

Good evening! I just wanted to say that I binged a lot of your videos in like 3 days bc I was endorsed by a recruiter to a company and that company had their application process thingy like the day right after. It's my first time applying for bpo and I'm a college dropout. Your videos helped me a lot and I'm lucky enough to pass up to the final interview. I'm now just waiting for the job offer. Thank you very much and have a great day~
Did you have a mock call during final interview?
@@denji2859 there were no mock calls, fortunately. We did have some registration thing, svar assessment (?), Initial interview (mostly general interview questions here), and a final interview (behavioral questions where I was asked about times when...).
What if i resigned in 2016 from a different field and then i find it hard landing a job in the bpo industry plus the pandemic what will i say that kept me busy?taking care of my kids ofcourse including household chores is it enough to say that?plus my hobbies like crocheting
First time i watch, seems like it's boring bcoz it's pure english some words i can't understand but google is the key.. If you watch beginning to end, you learn alot and bighelps like me who wants to become a CCA..
