    Your stuff is great! Please redo this video because 1st rib mobilization requires Cervical Side Bend TOWARD the affected side. Thanks!

    In the video, it says to sidebend the head towards the affected side but he appears to be sidebending to the opposite side?

      You can really side bend to either side to mobilize the rib (whichever feels best). Side bending towards the involved side will put the scale muscles on slack. This might direct the stretch better to your first rib.

      After manual therapy to the spine or rib cage any exercise targeting your scapula muscles or deep neck flexors would be recommended.
