I was just thinking that the most accurate Superman way he'd go about defeating Godzilla would be flying inside his body after looking over his organs and then cutting up enough vitals to incapacitate but not mortally wound him. Between flying around and tearing things up, he'd also use heat vision or freeze breath all over the place. After G passes out, he'd fly out and carry him back to the ocean.

Take hits 10 times more powerful than atomic bombs flying into space he can easily fly right through Godzilla and his heart at the speed of light, and take him down, just like that, even without using his heat vision, or he can just grab Godzilla and fly him straight into space and throw him right into the sun. There are so many ways Superman could take out Godzilla, In the movie Superman returns. He was able to lift an island that was made with kryptonite and threw it into space. If you haven’t seen that go see how big that island was. but it’s the writers who made the story and took away just about all of Superman’s powers.

I have to disagree with Godzilla knocking out Superman like he did. The fight would have to have gone a lot longer than what's depicted in the comic. Why? When Doomsday 'killed' Superman the battle went on for what seemed like days compaired to the battle with Godzilla which lasted a few hours at most. Doomsday pushed Superman to his limit which is how he won. There just wasn't enough time with Godzilla for that to happen.

I have to disagree with Godzilla knocking out Superman like he did. The fight would have to have gone a lot longer than what's depicted in the comic. Why? When Doomsday 'killed' Superman the battle went on for what seemed like days compaired to the battle with Godzilla which lasted a few hours at most. Doomsday pushed Superman to his limit which is how he won. There just wasn't enough time with Godzilla for that to happen.

as far as i know Marvel Comic to this day still doesn’t mention the issue of Godzilla crossover comic.
so in technicality the story still ‘canon’ that Godzilla can match Thor Strength when both of them pushing an empire state building.
