Moms always put themselves last, it’s a natural instinct we have. I liked when you said “if they are important than I am too” and you need to take care of their mom as well ❤
Jenna, i went through an difficult childhood also. I can really relate to how you choose to raise your kids. And how easy it is to loose yourself when you put your everything into doing it "perfect". Learning to balance that was a great lesson i had to learn.

Question: what do you feel about the Mike situation with his response to Miriam? Were you close to him, since I got the impression your parent were it after I read his book. If you parents are close to Mike, does your releationship to Aaron complicates thing with them for you? You are a true inspiration and I love to see you and Aaron glow❤️ I also loved your book.

I can totally relate to this and I have a question for you that's related. The programming of "Exchange factor 4, exchange in abundance" still messes me up. I have to stop myself constantly from giving too much of my energy to everyone else. I have to force myself to focus on Self-care and boundaries and scheduling my day is starting to help. Some day it will come naturally. Does this come naturally to you now? What has helped? Do or did you have a hard time shedding the exchange in abundance programming? A long term effect of this for me has been devaluing my worth and how much I'm financially compensated, being a perfectionist and not getting compensated for extra work/giving into client demands and always putting their satisfaction above my well-being. I'm sorry you've had to deal with this too but I'm excited you'll address it!
