Do like an entire miniseries on food-science/molecular-gastronomy
Not necessarily focusing on the new weird food
But just like how u covered how baking works.. Maybe do that with other cooking methods
And maybe go into how it feels in our mouths and tongue based on the science and particular textures or combos whatever
There are videos about molecular gastronomy... But most aren't fun.. Or they're too focused on the weird dishes
But I think ur platform for this might be perfect
And I think ppl like ur voice and how u explain things better too lol

On the "Why your hair will turn gray" video, I made a comment asking for a video about the science of baking sweets and what they do to the brain. I don't know if it was or wasn't my comment that made you make this video, but it'd be pretty cool if it was. There were most likely multiple comments on the subject and for that reason I think that in future videos, you should put the comments you got the video's inspiration for at the end or beginning of the video. It'd be an awesome touch.

I wonder why do ovens heat at different temperatures despite of the temperature you program in it is the same? I mean shouldn't XºC=YºF be the same for every oven and everywhere? In some recipes I have notice it says 'at X temperature, but it depends on your oven'.
Also, I've heard things like humidity, height or even latitude can affect recipes because of the ingredients you use.. I would like to know why and how does it work

How the heck did people learn to bake stuff? Just experimenting? Same question goes for putting a seed underground and noticing growth.
There are multiple theories for how planting was discovered- but imma talk about my favorite. Early humans would send women out to collect grain, and when they collected it, they would accidentally spill some. Overtime, the grain they spilled would grow plants, and they thought, "hey, if the seeds cause grain to grow, why don't we put the seeds over here, closer to us, and we won't have to walk far! " this is as best as i could explain it, but I'm sure you'd get a clearer explanation from Google.
I haven't the foggiest about baking, though.

Gosh knows if this counts as a pastry, but I'm somewhat of a fan of the Chocolate Chunk Cookies sometimes available at Tim Horton's. (I imagine they're even better in Canada, but for now, I'll stick with eating the Ohioan variant)
