    Bro but the problem is whenever I would kick up the legs I would either fall or burst down! Please give solution for this ❤

      Means not enough strength has been established and your method should be regressed to strength training before considering balance. Maybe shoulder taps against the wall, and focus on form before training the balance

      Same problem here. And yes, i think i have problem with the strength. So, i will train my strength first then anything else should come
