Adam Copeland realizing the younger brother Christian Cage was limited in his career then he realized his potential. They're both Wrestling Legends. Very fascinating
No, he wasn’t limited. He just didn’t get an opportunity to show that he could be that main event type of dude they did have a program in the WWE against each other, but it was during the invasion angle which their feud really took a backseat.
@@flyguy7825If he wasn't given the opportunity that's another way of saying he was limited in the business of professional wrestling ... Christan was LIMITED to showcasing what he can do as a solo star unlike Edge
The crazy part is to realize Christian was the better of the too. But Vince had too much of a grudge against Christian for joining TNA, he never forgave it (that and the fact that Edge was taller)
I was live in the audience for their final match. It was also my first ever wrestling event (and probably last I havent really been following for 12 years, this was exception). It was amazing though, Christian was my favourite wrestler as a kid, and I liked Edge big time too. And cherry on top was the fact that it was their home town. Really amazing I was able to catch this event, it was fun af.
I was there at World's End for their No DQ match and I thought it was the greatest match of the evening. They went up to the section in the rafters near where I was seated and Copeland jumped off a balcony. Best moment of the night for me.
He can't have a classic match tho. Outside of Randy Orton and maybe a couple others when was the last time Christian had a high stakes, much anticipated, out standing math/performance? Better yet with who?
Man it’s crazy to see edge at this age. Don’t get me wrong. He looks great. But I’m saying it from the perspective of remembering the first time I ever saw him in WWE. I was just a kid in his early teens. I thought he was a generic long haired guy who’d never make it. Then when he character became more of a talker, I got into it. He was so young. For me it’s more about one of those little reminders or the passage of time. Although I was really waning away from wrestling in my mid 20s, and the whole rated r thing wasn’t for me, I do recognize what a long career he’s had with very little he hasn’t done. Always good to see the guys taking it easier later on in their careers.
So the Patriarchy is in a good relationship with the Elite that could lead us to an interaction between Cage and Perry making "peace" together which will lead us to the reunion of the Jurassic Express which will lead us to Perry manipulating Killswitch to take finally revenge on Christian! Which will lead us to Christian's karma/redemption story which will lead us to Adam Copeland saving his best friend like he promised when he made his debut. Cage and Copeland vs Jurassic Express and then Cage and Copeland vs The Young Bucks for the titles!
You book better than Tony Khan. Rest assured that will never happen. The best you can get is a blood and guts match with Bucks, Cage and Killswitch against the Rated R chicken friends
Those two brothers need to patch up their relationship. Their adopted daddy Gangrel is probably in pain, watching his two adopted boys fighting each other.
AEW is that place to correct wrestlers being wasted and storylines never done well. Thank God for AEW. I like their product a lot. Christian has been the best heel of the business for a couple of years, he has been doing his best work of his life at AEW, by far his best run.
@@PlanetsSameAsStars Likely a rare incident where Christian is essentially good enough to book himself creative wise, where as most of the others dont and then to make matters worse Khan himself is just not that good at story telling let alone long term story telling ya know, I think thats up with Christian likely given some freedom and then just knows what he's actually doing and workin out kind of thing if I had to guess.

All I’m gonna say is for all of the people who want to shit on AEW just remember WWE wasn’t this Rosie place behind the scenes I mean how many times have AC as said the dude literally got the fight and really push his way to the main event scene but Christian, who was an absolute professional had to leave go to TNA come back to WWE in order to be looked at and paid big in order for the WWE to take you seriously because you’re not what they want as a main event guy just remember that there was a huge time that happened not to say that that time is not there right now, but AEW has done right by a lot of those guys and Christian Cage are two of them
I feel like he ruined Christian's momentum by coming to AEW. Like cool, it was good to see them have a feud but Christian had so much momentum that it got thrown away just so his best friend can feud with him. It would have been so much better if they were kept apart or at the least teaming together as heels before Christian turns on him leading to their feud. Christian going straight into the feud with him right away was a momentum killer. If he had showed up like Adam Cole to reveal that he's working with Christian instead, it would have done wonders for the both of them.
This was something wwf did with the Road Warriors and Demolition, they could have planned this over 6+ months, then have them wrestle. I agree with you, they should have waited.
You are definitely in the minority. Most fans agree it was a fantastic feud. Also, why are you commenting on a video that you claimed not to watch? Weird.
