Adam and J’s friendship has got to be one of the most legendary things in wrestling history. I have fond memories of the stories that they would tell about each other in wrestling magazines that I used to read when I was younger and it’s amazing to see their IRL friendship persevere to this day.
Same man, really related being a fellow Canadian as well. Love these dudes. They had a short lived podcast during covid and it was so good, great stories and guests.
@@jaychato9076 Spotify is the only place that has episodes still up but I got into it like a month and a half before they ended it and binged everything
I wish they would bring back The E and C Pod of Awesomeness. Their friendship is a pure friendship(meaning they don't force anything they are just still the same young kids)and it comes across so well on the Pod.
The first place I really heard about the young bucks, omega and Okada, they both used to talk about watching those guys wrestle on tape from new Japan and how amazing they all where
Edge and Christain have to be my favourite tag team of the attitude era for me. Their ladder matches along with hardy boyz and dudleys were my favourite tag matches ever
For anyone out there that doesn’t know…Sctv and kids in the hall were comedy Skit shows in Canada during the 80’s and 90’s. They had casts that would blow your mind!
I LOVED Kids In the Hall back in the day. There are lines from skits I still quote to this day. In fact, I can't hear the word "ascertain" without laughing to myself, and NO ONE gets it lol. Legendary show.
I immediately thought of Christian's current AEW run when Adam mentioned the trashing of the home teams. I agree with other comments when peole say they prefer Heel Christian over Face Christian.
Hearing him say "That was the most fun I had in WWF" at the end really made me pause for a second and have to do some math. Not a big fan of math ... especially when it makes me feel old.
Back in the day, E&C were entertaining during their Comedic gimmick in 2000. I remember people saying that they were doing it to entertain the kids watching! I can see that looking back. Especially the Kazoo skits!
That Edge and Christian heel run was nonstop fun. Ragging on Elvis in Nashville, recreating the Bill Buckner(R.I.P.) groundball through the legs in Boston...I wish the WWE would collect all of them and put them on a DVD with a bunch of their best matches. Automatic buy.
my favorite was when they dressed up as luchadors and did commentary lol...who do you guys want to win the match?....Esa Rios! but Esa Rios isnt even in this match....Si Senor
@@simonpnd when he first started acting yes I remember his first few moves had him as Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson but I feel like more people know him at Dwayne Johnson now. Especially since there are 20yr olds walk around that didn’t see him wrestle as the rock
Watch the full interview with Adam Copeland on my main channel here: ua-cam.com/video/pRPcGnZ2K3Q/v-deo.html
I loved the 5 second poses. Those guys just knew how to draw heat and be funny at the same time.

@@JobsJ87the podcast was before Covid it was from 2017-summer of 2019
Bro listen to their old podcast it is comedy gold and full of stories! Trust you will love it!

Edge and Christian and their brilliant comedic work is one of my favorite parts of the that era of wrestling.
"here comes Chris Benoit and he's very mad, here comes Chris Benoit and he's very angry" - yes the kazoo themes were great.
Edge and Christain have to be my favourite tag team of the attitude era for me. Their ladder matches along with hardy boyz and dudleys were my favourite tag matches ever
Oh yeah my favorite tag team was The Hardy boyz. And its because of the ladder matches
Agree!

It was like watching UA-cam shorts without a search bar. It was hilarious.
Should've had Edge as Francesca Fiore and Christian as Bruno Ponce Jones.

When he said Kids in the Hall, that took me back to my teen years in the mid 90’s. I completely forgot about that show. Going down memory lane for me
I loved the 5-second pose for those with the benefit of flash photography!
That sneaky fart at 0:59 lol
Glad he gives props to Brian Gewirtz. In fact, Brian would be great guest, CVV!
E&C probably my favorite tag team of all time
I got to meet Edge one time at a car show in Detroit and me, my brother and him all did the pose together. It was a great memory
For some reason, what I remember best from Egde and Christian is the sketch with Samoa Joe and Girl Scout cookies.
Sticks out to me 😂

25 years worth of math it seems 🥴
I loved edge and Christian I know they where supposed to be heels but they where my favorite tag team
Love that he mentioned Kids in the Hall.
Kazoo and the 5 sec pose was hilarious
I always had the benefit of flash photography.
I enjoyed seeing it. Edge and Christian are great lol

1:43 *“You might catch a left” I never imagined edge saying that and it was so funny😂😂*
If Kids in the Hall was an influence, who was Buddy Cole?
Shit… now I know where my humor came from in high school in the early 2000s.
Edge and Christian creating influencer culture before it was even a thing
The Buffalo Bills Wide Right pose has got to be #1
That Alice in Chains shirt Fucks. If anyone has a link to that lmk.
Anyone remember the one time they tried the 37 second pose?
I have the benefit of flash photography
Sodas Rule!
KitH!!!! ❤️
Was that a fart at 0.59? Haha
He said WWF !
Because it was WWF back then
Loved it+
I still use rammapercussions to today

Jay Leno
@@jeromecastro3051 Nah he was a WCW guy his entire career.
Not calling him Adam Copeland in title is really funny
Because nobody's searching Adam Copeland on UA-cam. Everyone's searching Edge
He was known as edge for decades. Most people know him as that even if he’s going by is real name now
