I remember playing this game, it was back during the age when I didn't have access to the Internet and I had to figure everything out on my own. Going through these bosses was just.....Ugh.....Frustrating. I remember nothing but pain.
Super impressive, especially beating the boss of level 5 with the magnetic glove and spiky ball without getting hit once. That guy was a huge pain in the ass.
I didn't notice the re-hashing until I saw the boss rush of the original legend of zelda game...but I suppose playing these games before that one then finding out the similarities isn't much too surprising
Oracle of Seasons was a remake of the original Zelda game but during developmemt they changed it to be a different game while leaving references to the original game (location of dungeons and bosses)
I just realised, there are a LOT of monsters and creatures that want to resurrect Ganon, even giving their own lives to summon him, For the king of evil, he sure has many friends! Maybe he in't so evil after all!
In a way, we did partially get Oracle of Ages. Look at the linked ending battle. What gave it away? #1: It said Knox instead of Onox (a typo I've seen in Oracle of Ages but not Seasons). #2: Link had the feather instead of the cape (cape in Oracle of Seasons, feather in Oracle of Ages) #3: The Maku Tree was the female version found in Labrynna in Oracle of Ages (Oracle of Seasons Maku Tree was male)
It's actually reused from Link's Awakening! It used to be the actual boss theme in that game; mid-bosses in Link's Awakening didn't have their own songs.
I can understand the extra caution when going for a damage-less run (I did three hearts deathless myself), but there are a couple things you could have done to make it easier on yourself. One, get the Red Ring. You can actually do this before you get to Explorer's Crypt. Shorter battles mean less attacks you have to dodge. Two, find more opportunities to hit Twinrova and Ganon. I actually got off sword hits while the field was still neutral, and it's possible to hit her while she's summoning the spiky balls. As for Ganon, the pitchfork swipe is tough to punish, but when he's bottom center and top center it's easy to get multiple hits in. With the Master Sword you don't even need to wait for the spin attack to hurt Ganon. Three, you only have to keep one torch lit during the Poe Sister fight. If it's down to one torch, light a second to give yourself some wiggle room. I have NEVER seen the Frypolar fight initiated from the north, though. XD
Okay something I need to point out He did not fight the true final boss on Oracle of Seasons like he did the other ones. What he did was after defeating Onox he entered a password from Ages and just edited out all the Oracle of Ages bosses to get to the final boss. I can tell this by the following. Instead of the Slingshot he has the Seed Shooter. The Roc's Feather in Seasons levels up to the Roc's Cape where as in ages it stays the same. I think it would be better if he titled the video Oracle Series all bosses and include every boss from both Ages and Seasons because he quite clearly fought Twinrova and Ganon on an Ages file.
I can't be the only one who thinks he's somehow hacked the game on top of it. I've been watching closely, and several attacks looked "matrixed" around Link, and at least one "brush up" didn't inflict any damage
@@anonymousfellow8879 Yeah - why would you not collect the Heart Containers? I think he used a three heart infinite health Gameshark code. On Ages, there's a maximum heart version of that code.
Yes, because you can't fight Twinrova nor Ganon without a linked game. He didn't wanted to beat the two games again so we have the Seasons bosses + Twinrova and Ganon on Ages.
Tried it with 4 hearts and got the noble sword... never had a flawless victory but I never died... until I fought Onox... He killed me several times, but when I finally won, I managed to not take any damage after the dragon fight began.
I saw this video many times (like 7 or more) and right now I realize that the one in the video changed to oracle of ages in the final battle against Twinrova xd
One of the mini-bosses is taken RIGHT FROM Link’s Awakening. That boss is NOT King Dodongo. It’s that weird face in the ground that you throw bombs into.
@@fidelgarcia2224 and he gets her in the game no one speaks of Links adventure though I wish it would happen again already they just like teasing thier fans
Seriously? Three hearts! You survived the game with three hearts? Now that is what I call a weak but strong survival. Or in other words, The Hardmaster.
if you have both orz«cle of ages and season, you can unlock the master sword from sidequests in both games. if you only own one, you can still look up online for codes
Does anybody think this game is similar to links awakening? Bc the bosses of links awakening return and the boss music is also back but with a remix I get that mothula returned from a link to the past but that's the only reference to a link to the past
These games use the Link's Awakening engine but since they came out 8 years later, they're a little more polished with faster text, a simpler save system, a link/password system, and I think catchier themes of melody. The only annoying thing is the lack of recovery time between getting hit.
This man is a mad lad. Did it all with three hearts
Edit: Well... Save for Twinrova and Ganon

I love the end when zelda ksses Link and hearts are above his head that part is sweet and funny at the same time
13:39
Is anyone going to ask how they got to that room before fighting the mini boss?
HACKS
Wow. I had forgotten how many of these bosses were recycled from the NES original.
I didn't notice the re-hashing until I saw the boss rush of the original legend of zelda game...but I suppose playing these games before that one then finding out the similarities isn't much too surprising
I never complained about it, I always thought it was pretty cool.
Oracle of Seasons was a remake of the original Zelda game but during developmemt they changed it to be a different game while leaving references to the original game (location of dungeons and bosses)
A Gameboy Color remake of the NES Zelda 1 would have been so awesome!
johnlong765 me too I love all these bosses
I just realised, there are a LOT of monsters and creatures that want to resurrect Ganon, even giving their own lives to summon him, For the king of evil, he sure has many friends!
Maybe he in't so evil after all!
Yep. In Adventure of Link, the remains of his army literally hunt for Link in an attempt to gain his blood to revive Ganon.
0:11 Brothers goriyas
0:28 Aquamentus
0:52 facade
1:22 dodongo
2:27 omuai
3:05 mothula
That’s not all of them.
Anyone else notice Twinrova calls Onox "Knox"? Is that a typo in the translation or what?
Phillip Lallemand Slight goof by the translation team.
Have to say, it would be a nice surprise to see Aquementus in Breath of the Wild.
Rodin Claus Yeah, that would be pretty sweet.
Definitely
Or a Gleeok or Manhandla.
Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages boss rush

@@Nicksolo85 #4: Link had the seed shooter (hyper slingshot in Oracle of Seasons, seed shooter in Oracle of Ages).
5: He has the power gloves (in OoS its Just the power bracelet)
On my channel!
I don’t know what was more difficult… the level 4 boss, or traversing thru the dungeon to get back to the boss room after failing
It looks like link is wielding a pick axe.
AAAGH MY NOSTALGIA METER IS OFF THE CHARTS
But seriously, now I want to play this again.
I only came back to this just to hear the mid-boss music! It just sounds so good! I wonder if anyone's done any remixes of it...?
It's actually reused from Link's Awakening! It used to be the actual boss theme in that game; mid-bosses in Link's Awakening didn't have their own songs.
I can tell from the seed shooter that the Twinrova and Ganon battles were done in Ages.
I can understand the extra caution when going for a damage-less run (I did three hearts deathless myself), but there are a couple things you could have done to make it easier on yourself.

OoS was my first video-game ever. Thank you for the memories.. :')
tfw one of my favorite UA-camrs plays one of my favorite games.
Great video!
jesus i still cant do that, even with all my hearts
wow. these are the most original boss fights i have ever seen.
Wow, this is a really cool boss rush! Hell, you didn't even bother to grab any heart containers/pieces of hearts.
I like this game it has some really cool bosses
Even facade and mothula manhandla and Gleeok returns and twinrova
Who else has beaten both Oracles games, linked, besides me?
Me! :D
T-Man! I have. Countless times.
I did normal mode and hero mode. I actually just beet ages again today on hero mode.
Came back to this video and noticed that he left the Goriya Bros. out of he video. Huh...
I did! Goddamn Twinrova.
manhandla looks like the things that come out of the pipes in Mario and the middle looks like a boss from metroid fusion
I don't know anything about Metroid or something but those things that come from the pipes in Mario are P-Pakkuns (Piranha Plants).

I hope he gives us an Oracle of Ages Boss Rush video!

Hero of legend, you can do oracle of seasons and ages but just ages is first and seasons is last. There’s a code also for that in oracle of seasons
1:23 easiest zelda boss ever
plz the next boss rush is "Super Princess Peach" plz
Some of these bosses are the epitome of madness for me. I had to rage quit after the Sword & Shield Maze.
That was me after Digdogger in the Unicorn's Cave.
Yo this game looks really good, I've played Link's Awakening so I think I will play this game too, also I think I will play Oracle of Ages
Tried it with 4 hearts and got the noble sword... never had a flawless victory but I never died... until I fought Onox... He killed me several times, but when I finally won, I managed to not take any damage after the dragon fight began.
I'm early better make a joke
Bayo's voice when she gets hit.
alot of bosses wow. And man you do awsome in these. You must of had alot of practice.
Rip Mothula. She was reused. 1992. A Link to the Past. Rip
Yeah but at least here you don't have to fight Mothula while dodging spikes. Lol
I saw this video many times (like 7 or more) and right now I realize that the one in the video changed to oracle of ages in the final battle against Twinrova xd

I love the part where Zelda kisses Link and hearts appear above his head that was sweet and funny all at the same time
At least it was in the cheek, not in the lips, like in Adventure of Link
Manhandla in this game looks like a Buzz Blob with Piranha Plants glued onto it
No Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages boss rush? :O
Link actually getting Zelda? :o
Deku tree lookin at that kiss like "da fuq?"
*pphhtpht* I wish it was Nayru or Din. For those 2 are way actractive than Zelda.
He also gets her in Spirit Tracks and in Skyward Sword
@@fidelgarcia2224 and he gets her in the game no one speaks of Links adventure though I wish it would happen again already they just like teasing thier fans
I did not realize you could destroy Gohma’s Claw, I just waited for an opening.
Oracle of Ages boss rush!
You are a Zelda GOD😂😂💯💯💯💯👌👌👌👌👌
15:09 anyone else thought top bit was eye?

Seriously? Three hearts! You survived the game with three hearts? Now that is what I call a weak but strong survival. Or in other words, The Hardmaster.
Why did you fight Twinrova and Ganon in Oracle of Ages instead?
Why is the final boss fight vs Ganon in oracel of ages?
Facade is best enemy and best enemy name to date.
I fucking love this intro song! :D
from where do you get the lvl 3 sword
if you have both orz«cle of ages and season, you can unlock the master sword from sidequests in both games. if you only own one, you can still look up online for codes
evolution of gohma in Zelda games ? or maybe a boss rush of KH ? or Shadow the Hedgehog ? sorry, i dont have a clue
he also said that all players should play gears of war because this he said is a game for real man
this was so much easier than ages
i noticed zelda has a fixation with hitting the projectile back at the boss to progress the fight.
I noticed zelda has a fixation with hitting bosses in there large normally single eye to progress the fight
Oracle of Ages should be next.
Super Mario Advance/The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask (3D)/Ocarina of Time (3D) Boss Rush
Oh btw, can you rush stadium 1 or 2?

Memories
Have you done Kirby 64: the crystal shards?
Who the heck are you? You play well there.
Plz can you do "Zelda:Oracle of Ages" if you didn't do that yet?
Just a question : the battles after the dark dragon are locked without the code from the oracle of ages?
Linker 25 yes
Gleeok looks like Sylvia from Wander Over Yonder.
25:19 When epilespya hits so hard
Please whispy woods battles!!!
Wait, "I shall not fall like Knox?"
I noticed you're doing Nintendo-based bosses. In the future, are you gonna do bosses for third-party titles?
Why didn't you get the heart containers after each boss?
It’s damageless therefore extra heart containers would be pointless
Mega Man X reference
spirit tracks maybe?
Do a boss rush of mega man 5 and 6 please
Link fought a dragon then he fought a face in the floor
Dodongo boss tactics was a RIP off! You dont need just to blow him up you also have to throw him in the spikes!
boss rush for kirby planet robobot please in english
Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon and the blade of light boss rush plz.
Do Evolution Of Whispy Woods Please!
Do it again but this time don't level up your sword and use a cursed ring.
the next boss rush:xenoblade chronicles
Super Princess Peach
Oracle Of Ages?
Vire was a regular enemy in link's awakening.
...and in the original first game.
