Both Ages and Seasons have something in common in regards to another Zelda game - both the miniboss and boss from the Face Shrine in Link's Awakening appear as minibosses in Ages and Seasons. Smasher is the miniboss - it appears in Crown Dungeon, and Face is the boss - it appears in Snake's Remains.
Funny enough, many videos of the Onox first stage show the player using the rod. I never did that cause the damage from hitting the crystal is the same as the electric enemies and can be blocked with a certain ring. More importantly if you hit both Onox and the crystal with a spin attack, the electric shock will eat up his s, allowing multiple hits from the same spin. Frankly, I found out about pushing the crystal with the rod through videos lol.

Man, it's funny how memory can play tricks on you. I remember fighting a Serpent like snake in ages after going through a castle where you had to guess the right direction around 11 times. It was a side platformer style fight too, but the dragon was a super skinny Serpent like dragon, nothing like the dark dragon in seasons. Not of these bosses look like what I remember.
theres parts of that if you do seasons first then ages, liked ages has an extra side platformer part and the guess the right direction part happens during the extra ganon dungeon, dont tink there was that serpent you mentioned though

Yep, Vire dies if you link the games. The only difference is his speech in the linked games before the battle - it is different in Seasons compared to Ages.
We need a remastered of the Oracle games like Link's Awakening
Agreed
Forreal! That be awesome!
Blame Capcom
Nintendo idiot@@Craig100hockey
YES!
Shout out everyone who is up on this classic I remember getting it when it came out at 12
Me2 man.. my life changed❤
I still have both games in my gba. Ages have lost its battery save though.
You took out Digdogger in one cycle, *mad respect.*
WHY DO I SEE YOU EVERYWHERE
lol, you didnt?
With the release of both Ages and Seasons for NSO its really great to play these underrated Zelda titles.

I dont remember much of this game but is have a good history
Hands down seasons was the best
Agreed, a fellow person of culture I see! No disrespect to Oracles, but yeah, Seasons I liked better.
seasons is too easy. puzzles are where it's all about and ages definitely had some real difficult dungeons
Disagree,Only better in therms of fun items in my opinion.
@turtleturtle1767 agreed
Was I the only one that thought Smasher was kinda cute?
He just needed a less deadly ball to play with 😭
God, feels weird looking back at OOA and realising that Veran was basically the Botw Zelda at the time with fans thirsting for her.
what? lol who was thirsting for Veran?
@@jiggaman000 check out her official artwork, theres a short manga version of the game and lets just say the pixels dont do her justice

All those bosses sound like they swallowed a motorcycle when they get hit
ah yes gameboy sound effects
They need to take both games out for the Switch
Your wish is granted.

Just few bosses are back in Echoes of Wisdom
44:00 ocarina of time style
This was my very first Legend of Zelda game. I miss the old dungeon based Zelda’s, no hate towards the new style like Breath of the Wild

To me, loading the game from Ages to Seasons is the right choice.

I think Veran is more evil than Onox since she can not only travel through time and change history but also possess people.
Plus she actually kills people.
How do I get linked game? Every time I put in the codes of secret to labrynna/holodrum, it says that’s wrong. I’m playing the game on my laptop btw
When you beat the final boss from one of the game after the Credit is donne, you gonna get a huge passe word. You need to use this one.
Hopefully you didn't use the save state to play the game.
Did you figure it out? Probably putting in the code wrong. I used an emulator too and it worked just fine.
Currently stuck on the thwomp and its pissing me off so much 😭
The Thwomp is the perfect example of a battle that is either really annoying or thoughtlessly easy.
Ganondorf's beast form
Could have been better to have Magic Rings to help fight those bosses.
Shadow Hag: Taken out in one go
Smog: Taken out in one go
Plasmarine: Taken out in one go

I like how Nintendo used old boss from the first Zelda game. Respect 100👍🏿
Looks like subnautica stole the squidshark type designs from this game.
It has 2 bosses
