Miss Lou! I love this video! It's right on time. I'm having a problem keeping my vandas🎉 in containers because it's just too hot and dry, but I have a lot of little tiny miniature vandas. Can you make a video about how you keep your miniatures? Please? Also, if you get those roots really good and wet, they will be less rigid. But I'm sure you already know that aready😂😅

@anndriggers6660 hehehhe! Glad you enjoyed it!!! Oh yes! I usually do the root training when they are wet and they are much more pliable for sure! Will do on the vanda minis! Thanks for watching!😊

That's amazing effort to tuck the roots into the pot. Here in subtropical Brisbane..the roots grow whenever they want and they go wild 😅😅

@OnceuponanOrchid that's the ideal. But not possible in my climate.

Hi, lovely video. Just a suggestion maybe spray the roots till they are nice and green. They are much more maluble and easy to put in the pots . Great video 😊

@BloomingGoodOrchids thanks for watching 😊. That Is however...exactly what l said in the video: this is best done with wet or moist roots.

Oh! You make it look so easy! 9/10 times I try to train my potted vanda/phals/cattleya roots in a pot they break! I grow in my ikea cabinet and even with the roots not so dry i break them!

@OrchidMarcus omg....guess what! The ones with the seeds am holding for you? It spiked AGAIN! Also.....oh yeah....definitely best done when the roots are wet and before they get too mature😅. I've split a few...and they heal...and branch off
