Test Track 2.0 closed forever a few days ago! Sure it was a brilliant ride, but the music... was the BEST thing about it! 💙👌🏼🥰 Thank you Paul Leonard-Morgan 🙏
I was a bigger fan of Test Track 1.0 and the Crash Test Dummies. So I’m looking forward (hopefully) to the return of that style ride. Also hopeful that they get this done In 12 months (now I’m getting a little greedy), but look forward to whatever the Imagineers have planned.
I agree, the original Test Track was much better than 2.0 but I enjoyed it still. I’m excited for this new version with the inspiration from World of Motion! I could see this project taking about a year exactly so you may be right. Thanks so much as always!

I do feel like this upcoming version could be the best one yet, since they’re using the World of Motion as inspiration! The original Test Track was definitely better than 2.0 for sure, I miss that one so much but I have high hopes for this new version! Thanks so much as always 😃
My kids love this ride! I’ve always enjoyed hearing the sound of the cars on the attraction in Epcot.

Glad, grateful for your capturing this for posterity, 4K!! (also glad I got one last ride in weekend before last!!). Comments on the lines...they weren't that long when I was there either...surprising for an attraction going down for reimagining. But, could it be that fans are "reimagined out?" (so much change in so short of a time??). I remember the original World of Motion...Test Track 1.0...and now Test Track 2.0...looking forward to what comes next.... Thank you, buddy, for the time and careful capture of this now retired version of this attraction!! Always so impressed with your artistry and skill and your videos...some recording what was (in the last days before something is retired), some recording what's new (as new attractions or updates open), and those sharing what is...when catching the atmosphere of the resorts and parks (and Springs)!!
OH! did you get on one of the RC ride vehicles? One of the Hot Wheels?
I still have not opened and played with my RC yet 😇 but soon 😈.
I feel like the lines weren’t too long because the ride isn’t really changing too much. I mean yes the theme will be different but it’s still gonna be Test Track if that makes sense haha. If they demolished the building and built an entirely different ride then I think we would’ve seen substantial crowds and wait times. I’m glad you got to ride when you came recently, and yes I did get those Test Track toys! Thanks so much as always Rick😃

Very interested in this refurb. Glad that horrible canopy will be removed and excited for what the nod to World of Motion will be. Maybe an animatronic or two?!! WOM had a ton. Excellent vid 4K.

Have always enjoyed this ride, but as with many others it is time to update and reimagine. It will be interesting to see what the ride will be like when it reopens. Thanks for posting

Kinda surprised that with it being the last day to ride before being reimagined. The lines weren’t very long.
Thats what I said unlike Splash Mountain when the entire world even (African Americans) rode it one last time
The new Chevrolet hill-climb is getting old. That’s why you hear screeches all over the track when you go up.

This version still feels "new" to me. I can't believe it's already 12 years old 😳
This will be missed like the original Test Track. I agree about bringing the Dummy’s back. I liked the original theming where you were in a lab setting. Hope they bring that back.
This is a good example of whats wrong with Disney. The original test track ( full video is available on youtube ) was entertaining as well as informative. The ride itself was lots of fun with lots of interesting scenarios. Version 2 ws SUCH a letdown. Having us "design" cars and then getting into the same as always cars. Where did all the interesting crash test stuff go? What the heck was the inside show, it felt like we were supposed to be inside a computer or something. I dont know. All I can say is the version 1 was one of the top 5 rides, version 2 was a ride it if there is no line type of ride.

I find it weird seeing the door just wide open during the power test at 15:45 , I wonder if something happened

I loved the 1.0 version. I hope when they make 3.0 it is just a more updated version of 1.0 and 2.0 combined. I hope we get classic Disney in this attraction meaning no projections, real original characters, and original test track music.
The original test track was much better. Now everything is just screens and leds. I hate what Disney has become. No physical animation. Just screen and lights. Every ride………
