    The plaintiff is … weird. One minute you’re not 20 years old, and had knee replacements and don’t wanna be shoved. Now she’s saying she’s pretty strong and don’t afraid and will fight him back. She’s something else.

    The opening comments explain a lot, "The Defendant says she's a dramatic person". That deep breath was over the top, as was her request to approach the bench before explaining anything about HER case. Even if a renter says they have an office and it turns out they don't, that's none of the Plaintiff's business. The Plaintiff says she's a little old lady that had hip surgery in one breath and threatens to "lay out" the Defendant in another. She wanted to be the Defendant's nosy mother, not his landlord.

      @@mbord7563The twin boys remark was in regard to her being able to handle herself around young men (such as the defendant who might be around the same age as her sons give or take a few years) and being able to hold her own in a physical altercation with said young men.

    The plaintiff irritates me, but the defendant has some peculiar attitudes as well. Exiting tenants often leave stuff behind that they don't want and expect someone else to clean up for them, but leaving stuff behind and then coming back to pick it up a few days later implies that you still have the right of access. That's rather narcissistic.

    Lots of ridicule of this lady. Who’s to say she won’t/can’t go to Law School? When I was in College there was a Grandmother (2 grandkids in tow that she babysat) who always sat in the back of the room. She had one arm. True! Anything is possible for anyone who is motivated!

    Im confused. Why did she first start with she had knee & hip replacements and she didn’t want anyone hitting or shoving on her.     I would be in an argument with the plaintiff within MINUTES, that’s how much her whole demeanor annoys me!!!!
    Part of it is her attitude as if she’s buddy-buddy with JM (who is of course NOT taking her bait)!!
