The plaintiff irritates me, but the defendant has some peculiar attitudes as well. Exiting tenants often leave stuff behind that they don't want and expect someone else to clean up for them, but leaving stuff behind and then coming back to pick it up a few days later implies that you still have the right of access. That's rather narcissistic.
