- The plaintiff says the defendant was riding a skateboard and ran into her car as she turned into a parking lot. The skateboard became wedged under her tire and broke, so the defendant punched her car and damaged it. She’s suing for the cost of the deductible for the repair. The defendant alleges the plaintiff cut him off and she’s the one at fault. He’s countersuing for the cost of fixing his skateboard.

He needs anger management like yesterday... He genuinely think he was entitled to lash out and damage her property because they had an accident.
And the mother is laughing like it's cute... when she goes to see.him in prison, it won't be so cute
An accident he cause that he damaged the car, pounding it in anger like his parents taught him and their taught them. Generational behavior. Home taught.
The reason this kid is behaving the way he does is standing to the left of him. His mother never held him accountable for anything and that's why he feels he has the right to act the way he does.
Man the entitlement of this kid. Damages someone’s property and caused an accident and wants to get paid for it.
Dude has predator eyes. Everybody saying he should take anger management, but sometimes these issues aren't behavioral, they're inherit. Evil kids grow up to be evil adults. It's all in the eyes. Hopefully he gets locked up before he shoots up an elementary school.
She should've been watching where she's going.
his mom is totally lying about not being aware of him ever having anger issues . i know guys like him , he will be just another disability check recipient based on the typical " emotional / mental / bi-polar excuse and he will never get a real job and work and pay his own way . thats why he is angry , he is being a loser who is at an age where he should drive a car and not a skateboard .
Look at the parents, he learned this behavior from them not caring to be strict on his and their behavior. Learned behavior.
He's got some growing up to do. As well as learning some self control.
I agree but also would say she needs to pay better attention when driving or shes going to kill someone.
@@keithjoseph7433 he struck the SIDE of her car AND admitted he looked at the ground instead ok keeping his eye forward while riding on the sidewalk (which is not intended for anything other than foot traffic. If you're using something with wheels you belong ON the roadway.) She did nothing wrong. He was at fault from the start.
@@YarnCrafts4lefties as I said before the same thing happen with a person on a bike. Any person driving a car must look to see if anyone is going to be in the crosswalk. Don't know if you ever been on a skateboard but every once in a while you have to look down to make sure you don't hit a rock. Also once more this lady is lucky she did kill someone.
losers dont grow up , they just find a way to get a govt check for life .
@@keithjoseph7433He hit the side of her car!! She didn’t hit him as he was crossing the entrance. This is 100% on him. Yes-HE is lucky he didn’t get hurt, but not because of anything she did or didn’t do.
Ain't no way my Mama would stand beside me and laugh though this mess.
That part! We would have never made it to court. And depending on how young I was, she would have made me write a letter apologizing for punching the car and I would have spent the rest of the summer working off my debt.
@@butyoucancallmesambut he’s 21. I wouldn’t have thought at 21 to get my parents involved in some foolishness.
Exactly. The fact that she is there with him like this speaks to his immaturity.
Right!!!!
Helllll naw -that boy has a lot of growing up to do
Both the mother and her defendant son obviously have a screw loose.
😎 I was thinking the same thing. Not everyone should be allowed to have kids 😐
I have been driving backwards the whole time 😂❤
So now we know he's capable of having road rage, whether or not he's driving a motor vehicle.
In all fairness, I get road rage walking. I don't hit cars, but I do curse and flip them off.
Defendant plays all big & bad in the streets, punching cars but comes to court with his mommy like a scared lil boy. Defendant is a punk 😆
Lmao forreal
Yepppp
The expression on his face... RAGE ISSUES.
Because his mother is a pushover and his father is either absent or useless.
I noticed that also, his eyes went dark so fast. His mother lied; he probably screams, punches the walls until he gets his way.
He could end up in a clock tower with a sniper rifle one day.
@@The_Bi-polar_Expressomg, I’m glad I’m not the only one that noticed his face. Absolutely chilling
My momma would have yanked me out of that courtroom just like she used to do when I was in Church and acting like a fool 🤦♀️
This dude really came into court thinking he wasn't wrong with hitting her car and had the nerve to counter sue 🤦🏾♀️😂
What are we sewing today?
Lo didn't realize until now I spelled it wrong🤷🏾♀️😂 "sue"
Unfortunately, judging from both his and his mother's behavior in the courtroom, I think this court case is going to be the least of his worries down the road in life. I don't see this as being his last court case. Next time he will probably be in criminal court, and he may be facing jail time
It’s weird…
I’ve seen Milian rip into folks a lot more about behavioral issues like this. She went easy on this guy for some reason, and kinda giggled herself.
If anything I hope this guy learned a lesson, at some point he realizes he owes this woman an apology.
The defendant raised his left hand, that's the first sign of an interesting story......
I had to go back and re-watch. I was listening to it while cleaning. Then stopped to read the comments. Damn 😂
Lefty doesn't do anything right!
My boyfriend is left-handed, so I’m going to ask him to raise his hand and see which one he raises
@hadley407 specifically tell him to raise his right hand like the bailiff did.
@@The_Bi-polar_Express I didn’t know it was when they were being sworn in. I was listening not watching today. 💀
He was in shock! Couldn't believe he lost😊 ohhhh boy...
He has issues...and his mom thinks it's funny...scary
He’s not a child. He’s 21 years old and has clearly not been held accountable for his actions before. Overgrown man child.
Yet JM had the nerve to say the plaintiff sounded hostile..
I would've sued for the full amount and given the money to my insurance company... Why should this be on her record?
Why do they act like stupidity is cute? There was even a time when she had a group of 18 and 17 year olds in court that were drinking, and she basically said they did nothing wrong? Even though he had to pay, I think the laughing had a greater impact than paying the money. His final interview proves it all.
mother should be ashamed to be in court. what a sad 'man' she raised. He doesn't know right from wrong and has dangerous physicality.
Voorheis II.... Jason's long lost offspring....starts with punches, ends in machete's....BAD BEHAVIOR on the defendant and MRS. VOORHEIS
The plaintiff should not have gone through her insurance for $350. The amount the insurance company is going to raise her rates will have her paying thousands more than she would have over the life of the vehicle.
What insurance company do you have? My insurance company doesn't raise rates when you file a claim that's not your fault.
21 years old , probably lives in mom's basement, hasn't work a day since high school graduation ( if he indeed graduated ? ) , rides a skate board , has a mental capacity of a 13 yr old, ????? Good luck with this mess mom. I see nothing but tears in your future. Seen this movie before.
Yup. Pushover mom and either absent or useless father. Guaranteed.
That mom earned all the b******* she's getting right now.
He has some growing up to do.
Undiagnosed for autism.
@supportvawa2213 hmmm sounds like ur trying to diagnose him thru a video nonetheless with no credentials. Even if it is the situation doesn't automatically excuse the behavior. People need to stop using mental health as an excuse. People with mental health issues cope all the time. Depending on the individual depends on that level of coping. But Seriously, start holding people accountable for their actions.
I wonder if the Defendant would have punched the car if Plaintiff was a "man"... I think not
Nah
He a chump
Why is men in quotes?
@wytho to emphasize that he tried to take advantage of the fact that the plaintiff was a woman and he probably thought she would have been scared when punched her car
0:30 the girls looking at each other at the same time like the meme lmaooo
Parenting at it’s best!! He needs help!!!😡😡😡
Harvey is good for TMZ, but his segments made no sense on this show.
Truth. I can't stand him.
He has been the coproducer of the peoples court sense 1998, before Judge Millan became the judge in peoples court.
I always skip his segments. Something about his voice grinds my nerves 😂
@@christianWilliams-pc4jn Agree! He's so cringey and annoying, but PC just wouldn't be the same without him.
@@Idontwantafuckinghandle588Actually he began on the original WITH Doug.
I’d be angry too if I looked like that
I'm waiting on someone to make a cool Jason joke.😊
So was I. I guess we be old lol
Defendant is a future sociopath.
There was nothing funny about this case..he wouldn't have punched a Man's car. This could have ended up really bad in a different situation. People have been shot for less...he's an idiot and his mom didn't help.
That kid is waaaaaaaaaay too small to be going around punching people's cars because he can't pay attention while skateboarding.
Beans from Evan Stevens really turned Goth
I would say guilty litigants learn a lesson in 9.5% of these cases
I'd say closer to 0 since they don't even have to pay the judgement ever. There's literally no consequences.
If you consider traffic laws, he was going straight and she was turning… so she was at fault.
But he should not have punched the car…that is where he is at fault
He is Mommy's little girl. How nice.
I feel like this “boy” is gonna be abusive. Not being able to control your anger and then justifying it because of what the other person did.. not to mention that glare
21……my 3 year old has more self control
My Golden Retriever is better behaved!
Audacity
Caucasity and entitlement
I could’ve sworn the anyone making that left turn has to yield to anyone whether they’re driving on the roadway, or on the sidewalk, whether that’s walking, on a bicycle, or even on a skateboard
Pedestrians have to obey crossing lights... He's on a skateboard.... 10/10 he never stopped before he tried to cross
Bad decision by the plaintiff to go through her insurance because it's going to raise her premiums. You sue for the full amount plus the depreciated value of the car. Insurance is always worst case scenario.
That man needs to grow up and go to anger management! Punching someone's car all because your skateboard was ruined is wacko behavior! It sucks about the skateboard. But that's no excuse to act like a total maniac! How embarrassing for his mother.
“I’ve been driving backwards the whole time”
He raised his left hand smh
The boy child needs to learn to control his temper and attitude, with his parents. They all need to go to anger management and family counseling.
At least he was honest in the end. "Did u learn anything?" "Not really" but yea easy case
He left the scene because he could have been arrested for mischief or disorderly conduct. Pedestrians don't have the automatic right of way. Parking lot entrances are treated like intersections. Yield is given for the flow of traffic. He wasn't paying attention that the light changed so it's his fault.
Well I’ll give him props for telling the truth, but he still needs help.
The price of the skateboard should have been deducted from the money he owed!!!
The defendant raised his left hand during the oath, what a idiot
Ohh no punching the car made it worse! Lol
I would be so embarrassed as a mom smh
This is not a funny situation…he was wrong in every situation
Everybody laughing...I dont see the humor...he is nuts
2:35 Are you okay. Is the Judge kidding me? You know how many accidents happened because of careless skateboarders. And we all know they will not pay for the damage they caused. I would not asked if he's okay, I'm asking how are you going to pay for the damage.
4:42 lady really wants to be asked lol
I'd be MORTIFIED if this was my kid. What an A-Hole. And the Plaintiff was so nice... and he just acted like a jerk.
he seems really scary😱 textbook actually
No accountability and everyone laughing
Kid gots some issues looking at the judge like that while ruling.
It’s so wild what 21yr olds in America are today. Google 21yr old in 1900-1980. Tehy are grown MEN. Most already fought in WARS. We are slacking on creating MEN to run and protect this country nowadays
I work in a big college town and skateboards and those electric scooters go fast and no regards to pedestrians or cars.
Why does the mom think it’s so funny? Her sons first reaction to stressful situations is lashing out in anger.
The defendant obviously is at fault here (as he admitted to cruising too fast on the board and looking down at the pavement, and also admitted to punching the car), but if I were in this situation I would have left the skateboard under the car until a police officer came.
"Not usually" *_translation:_* "YES. Sometimes"
I'm legit scared of him
Defendant def has anger issues
He has anger management his mother doesn't want to call him out on national TV because that's her child and she don't want to admit that something's wrong with her child who acting like a 1 year old
The country is boomed....kids that live in their moms basement ?????? This guy needs to release the teat and get into the real world.
Dude look 31😂
Why are the mothers so oblivious to their son's terrible behavior?
She was wrong about the skateboard part. The woman should pay for that bc what if he was a pedestrian walking and she hit him. She was being reckless.
He literally said he looked down and wasn't paying attention and hit the side of her car which obviously means she was there first.
I get he didn't do it on purpose but he still damaged someones property. Have to teach our children and others to be responsible for our actions. Let him laugh it off and next time he might punch a person.
Y’all swear you never been in a situation where someone almost kills or hurts you and you do something like this in the heat of the moment… relaxxx
that wasn't the point. most have screwed up but if you do you need to take responsibility and not being a scumbag
You’re right about that. However, I have always known that I am responsible for and am willing to accept the consequences of what my reaction would be. Most people do. Maturity and life experience teaches people that. Those that lack that, need a little more growing up to do.
@@bnice2893 Agreed, I’m sure at first he intended to by the sounds of it, but he didn’t follow through, but for people to say he has definite anger issues isn’t right.
Still a child tempered at 21, spoiled and no working. Spoiled and not in school. Spoiled and living at home with mom and dad. Spoiled and has to have mommy go to court to hold his hand and make sure he lies on court real good. Spoiled.
Earliest I’ve ever been🥹
Same lolzzzzzz
Bet if she had a male with her he wouldn't have punched that car.
The roads are for motorized vehicles, not skate boards. So he needs to take it upon himself to make sure he has safe passage before crossing, Come on now.
What about motorized skateboards?
I watched a guy punch a car that turned in front of him. The owner got out of the car and punched the guy. I watched. I think it was fair. One punch to the car. One punch to the guy. The guy got back in his car and drove off.
my god this guy is immature....
That numbskull is lucky to not be roadkill
Of course she never asked if he was ok. And she is laughing like this is hilarious. What a terrible woman.
It's a shame on those parents who fail in their upbringing and raising kids with such a mind a set. Ans off course, drugs might be an another reason too.
But hey , it's America lol . They say they are developed and modern. May be this is called to be modern.
Lawd this entitlement generation.. help us
That looks like a school shooter to me
That kid is a flat out idiot. The mother didn't do her job and should be ashamed.
Easy case
Does the plaintiff realize her car is backwards? Just saying. 🤭 Oh, ok. 👍🏼 Speaking of reactions, the plaintiff shouldn't have reacted like she did, just like the Judge said.
“Riding” a wheeled vehicle on a side “walk” which is for 🚶♀️ walking.
Dude, call Tony Hawk, Ryan Sheklar... SOMEONE....You need skateboard lessons
entitled much?
Unless that kid is a Power Ranger, there is no way he had the strength to do that kind of damage with his weak little hands.
It was the defendant's responsibility to give right of way and stop at that driveway.
You are kidding right? Yes maybe she should have been more careful, but he punched her car after the accident, so he is responsible for the damage he caused when he punched the car. And it doesn't take much strength to damage a panel on modern cars.
@@mickm6309that’s what madmaxofspokane1691 said:- that it was the defendant’s responsibility to give right of way.
That little guy couldn't have punched that car hard enough to make a dent.
Out of anger anyone can do the damage.
You don't believe him when he says he did do it?
Yes he did lmao. Y’all make stuff up about him then say the truth is a lie lmao weird how you need him yo be little
@ZudiaMarron I think you missread we both were correcting the first statement about him being little to say he one admitted to doing it and two even in anger someone small can do damage
He said he did it . Unless you did it ?
The mothers is naive. She knows her kid has an anger issue
Harvey u talk BS
So what do u think. Hehe its a waste of my time. Learned nothing
Classy plaintiff.
The skateboard price should be deducted from judgement. Clearly shes not paying to much attention when shes driving and who's on the sidewalks. I don't think the judge statement holds water. Take away skateboard and make it someone walking. I just watched a case a few weeks ago she gave the win to someone on a bike doing the same thing. be consistent!
