Love that coupe. I should have gotten a closed car and I'm in Illinois. Just got the tags and the snow is gone. Waiting for the salty roads to clear up.
It might even get better gas mileage without the filter. Maybe it helps a bit for driving on unpaved roads. But I haven't driven my A on an unpaved road in a lot of years.
Just a reminder: it is not advisable to drive an antique car on snowy or freshly-plowed streets. Not only do they lack modern safety features, but the salt used to melt the snow will absolutely destroy them with rust.
Hard to believe gangsters would steal these cars. It takes 2-3 minutes just to start it up "if" you know what each pedal and levers are for. 😆 in the meantime you could easily got your ass shot off as you finally advance the timing. 🙈🙉🙊
I restored my "A" 50 years ago and still enjoy driving it.
It's funny how as I age, so does my taste in cars...great car. Cheers from Perth, Western Australia

Thats one spiffy A 🙏
Had a 29. Always started, as long as the battery was up. Oddly, Ford used a Positive ground, rather than a Negative.
Imagine, that engine was used in home-built Pietenpol aircraft/
Nice ride.
Did you lube the distributor before starting the car?
It was my first car. Traded my guitar for it!
Beautiful car, and sounds great too. But please, remove the air filter, it's usually the main reason why a Model A could catch fire.

An explanation of what was being done to start the car would have been nice. Pretty useless video without that.
I can pay 20 grands for this beautiful car.... If interested please reply
