I started following Souths in 1974, when I was watching the footy with my grandfather. I asked him who the team with the rabbit was and he said "that's the mighty South Sydney Rabbitohs" They became my team that day, but boy it was a long wait to see them become 'mighty' again. I cried tears of joy after the 2014 GF - I believe the boys can do it again this year.

Arrived from NZ in '76 n moved into a house in King street Randwick With 3 blokes who were diehard Souths supporters, had never followed league n they were so passionate about this side that I blindly followed them too, after a couple of years of them wallowing at the wrong end of the comp, I asked, why the f..k do we follow this team, well, they sat me down n gave me the history lesson... I now have 3 generations of hardass Bunnies supporters under me, '89 was good but 2014 was magic ! Souths supporters are a special breed... Go you Bunnies 2021 !!

I’m a North Sydney Bear supporter and I’ll have a place for the Rabbits, because both our teams were kicked out. Foundation clubs should’ve all come together and fought NRL. United we stand and divided we fall.
