I think many of the food items that have been “discarded” could well be used in other items. It would be a prohibitively expensive dish if all the food used to produce it were thrown away. Don’t forget they were showing the making of ONLY ramen!

I was literally terrified thinking you wouldn’t show the inside of the chicken mince wrapped in chicken skin and then deep fried - then the last shot. Omg all these dishes look spectacular and not a porker in sight 🙏🏼🤤

매일매일 라멘 400그릇이 완판되는 것이 믿겨지는 정말이지 엄청난 실력의 라멘집. 사용하는 닭다리의 크기만 보아도 굉장히 푸짐하고 좋아보이는 것이 눈에 뛴다. 이렇게나 엄청나게 맜있어보이는 닭다리 라멘을 먹을 수 있으면 정말이지 좋을 거 같다.

Wa so much work went into each dish. And so many spices & flavourings too. Each bowl seems to have more meat & veggies compared to noodles
