    - Time management is kind of pain management
    - Take 5-10 minutes to breath and talk to myself that I can do it in 10 minutes
    - Manage my notification
    - Schedule and prioritize the tasks which I need to do most in a day. To do list is output, time is input (when I need to do that)
    - How to prioritize: Value - Work domain: Re-active tasks - Reflect work >> Which is value to us?
    - Do commit with yourself

I think Eyal makes a great point about company culture, perhaps distraction does come from the nature of our social relationships and even if there is distracting technology, there are social structures (like a toxic company culture) that motivate and propel toxic behaviors.

Love the schedule syncing concept. And the notion that a to-do list is the goal, not the way things get done.

That was an important discussion indeed , i totally agree , people do have a choice, all what it takes is a little bit of logical thinking , it is true, social media companies spends money on research to study users behavior in order to find ways to make them spend more time on their platforms but on the other hand that won't matter if we have pre commitment therefore time management comes as a natural result, rational thinking has never been more important like these days , thank you for sharing
