lol but who will do the boring work? we have to remember that often the "boring work" does not require a degree. there are tons of people who could do the "boring work" but it's locked behind degree and experience requirements while it's attached to non-"boring work". we have to rethink how work is planned, who does it, and what are the actual requirements.
1. no trust on team leader 2. we are not engaged with team 3. conformity money doesnt solve problem in work your organization should give you recognization instead
