    Hello mam iam software developer (10months experience) , working in some xyz product base company in the beginning iam performed well, but from last 3 months iam struggling to perform well because of new project, unable to understand the product it is legacy project (old) so they will remove me . Mid year performance mail came yesterday.

      Dear, if someone is regularly taking you for granted, then you will have to tell them politely(at first) that you are not comfortable working beyond office hours, as it impacts your work life balance negatively and if that doesn't work out, speak to them in detail that this can't continue like this..

    @theCorporateDiaries He will become "Chamcha" of the Manager than his wife. Only thing he get is his career depends on others opinion. Much of the divorce reasons in Corporate employees is because of this only.
