I never believed in writing out a schedule. But the last 6 months I've been doing it and no joke, it's helped with productivity and results in a big way. I'm 34 and wish I could rewind the clock to plan out my days. Better late than never but if you're reading this then start planning shit out!

@@moneymanifestation9505 pls do research on adhd and you’ll see how wrong you are. This mentality towards ppl with this condition, thinking its not a thing and that they’re just lazy, is why so many of them have issues with their self worth and struggle receiving help/support.

Don't just drink water to hydrate. You also need electrolytes, otherwise you'll cause an imbalance. Sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium are the four main ones. Sodium and potassium work together as a pair as does magnesium and calcium. Those four must be in balance with each other and the H2O for you to feel properly hydrated.

1:21 Being good at planning is a huge skill in and of itself, it means correctly establishing Requirements (aka the expectations that this activity is supposed to correspond), effectively defining the path or means to achieve it by effectively using the resources you have (aka Econ concept of Technology).
Most people don't even know things like Batching, and how sometimes doing in things cronological order might faster than dedicating tons of times to sort through importance, or the 80/20 and how to delegate by clearly and concisely giving instructions (even you never lead anyone this clear your thinking and give a more confidence judgement and decisiveness to act).

I've been watching these for a while now and every one is great! Can you create one of these that could help when you've fallen behind at work? I have fallen far behind at work and it is past time to work to get caught up, but most issues I am looking at are demanding attention or resolution right now and I don't have anyone to delegate tasks to.

I disagree. Its better to work smart and hard at the same time to increase efficiency. Working hard multiplies the scale of your smart decision.
