"With the writer's strike, I'm stuck writing my own material" Fun fact: the reason late shows had to go off despite their hosts being comedians who are under the Actor's Guild is because when one guild is on strike the other guilds cannot have their members fill the position.

That title is gold. Well done, sir. 👍 Also, pro tip for those water rides you hate because they get your socks wet: Don’t wear socks on them. Problem solved. You’re welcome!
I've ridden five of these rides. From best to worst, they're The Phantom's Revenge at Kennywood, The Riddler's Revenge at Six Flags Magic Mountain, Montezooma's Revenge at Knott's Berry Farm, Revenge of the Mummy at Universal Studios Florida, and The Riddler's Revenge at Six Flags New England.
The only apology Wildcat’s Revenge owes me is not opening in time for my trip out that way last week. I would’ve gone into the park just to ride it! In all seriousness, thanks for another excellent video as part of this series. Only been on two of these coasters and Phantom’s Revenge is the best until I get to ride the new coaster at Hersheypark.
@@AirtimeThrills Or just have the model wildcat from schwarzkopf be its own section cause i think they are basically the same ride just some different heights. Great job on the video brother! Now I’m all psyched up for Wildcat’s Revenge this Friday. I didn’t realize how vengeful we are in Pennsylvania. Must be our Amish roots? Speaking of Montezuma‘s revenge, I’m driving through Lancaster County as I talk-to-text and I got to enjoy this video in Surround Smell.
For your next parody video, you should rank the rides at Brightstar Adventure Park, the fictional theme park from the show “Succession” which just aired its series finale last night. They use Six Flags Great Escape and Adventureland New York as shooting locations.
I’m pretty sure Cat’s Revenge is a reference to the University of Arizona’s mascot, the Wildcat. Their campus is in Tucson. No explanation for the demented clown, though.

i got to ride wildcats revenge yesterday during the season pass holder preview, and it 100% deserves the number 1 ranking. you wont be disappointed when you get to ride it
Hey Airtime Thrills, this comment is not about this video. It's about a video idea for you. I saw on rcdb that Six Flags st Louis advertises itself as the roller coaster capital of Missouri, but that's questionable of course. Silver dollar city is obviously a better park and probably has a better roller coaster lineup too. But a much more interesting match up would be Worlds of Fun. I noticed that these parks actually have a similar coaster line up and I'm curious about which park is better. This seems like a video for you! Six flags St. Louis vs Worlds of Fun. Disclaimer: I've never been to any of these parks because I'm from the Netherlands. I don't know if you find this interesting too. Still love your videos man! Keep it up and I hope that you're ever planning to do a Netherlands/Belgium trip :)
The writers can stay on strike forever. I just worry that the writers are going to seek revenge on you for being better than them. They may take a job at Taco Bell to try and give you Montezuma's Revenge. I actually never knew that it meant that until now. It's not for that reason, but I do have Riddler's Revenge ranked ahead of it and about equal to Hydra, as long as I get the perch on RR low enough. I am projecting that Phantom's Revenge will remain ahead of Wildcat's Revenge for me, but it could be close.
Even in the original Greek myth, Hercules won against the Hydra. In the original myth, the Hydra was a multi-headed water snake; if you struck one head off, two more would grow in its place. His solution was to have his brother Iolaus sear the necks with a torch as Hercules struck off its heads. A further problem was that one of the heads was immortal and thus stayed alive after being struck off the body, so Hercules had to bury that head under a rock. Afterward, Hercules thrust all his weapons into the poisonous blood of the dead Hydra, permanently envenoming them. This served him well in later encounters, but it also led to a series of events that eventually led Hercules to being poisoned by the Hydra's blood and subsequently dying. And _that_ is truly Hydra's revenge.
Writers on STRIKE! I'm dying! The original name + put on movie posters was 1983's Revenge of the Jedi, later changed to Return of the Jedi. Chris may not want to psychoanalyze all the Revenge of the Mummys but we're all sitting here watching a ranking of coasters that want revenge after steel and timbers and so on so maybe we're all just the nutcases for it.
Did you know that "Riddler's Revenge" was the original name for Superman The Ride at Six Flags Holland, now known as XPress: Platform 13 at Walibi Holland. However it never opened (obviously) opened with the Riddler's Revenge name. But when the rollercoaster was installed it had green tracks, but was painted red later before opening in 2000. Ironically Six Flags Holland still received another green tracked rollercoaster in 2002.
