This is the second time cutting my son’s hair. I found your video more useful and helpful and easier to follow than the others I have come across! Thank you so much!
I trie this all the time. I am getting better and better results. Only my son is 4 and has really thin hair so I would prefer this movie on a todler. With the straight line I really made a mistake. I did it to low and was on the shaving part instead of the split between shaving and long hairxD. For me it is better to END with the straight line :) but it is great! thank you very much! this is the best video I could find!
@@TheBarberPhil OMG🙊 that will make me sooo happy🙊. That will be AMAZING! Looking forward to that video😍 Thank you for your message! 🙏 Keep up the good work! I love watching your "art" ;)

good video. ive been wanting to cut my youngests hair since i do his brothers (two totally diff cuts so oldest is easier with it being an undercut/long on top) but my oldest was great with cuts, been using same barber since he was under a yr old. my youngest id have to hold him and basically pin him down wrapping my arms and legs around him sitting in chair. it was awful and id end up upset or in tears, he couldnt handle the vibration near his ears. turns out by age 4 he was having full blown seizures and wed been told it was prob his ear issues prior. nope, it was both. i remember the one time another barber was calling him bad and making an example out of him to other kids, always cracked jokes and then one day a parent made remarks about controlling my kid or dont bring him in and our barber spoke up before i could while i was visibly upset and said hey, dont judge, he has a seizure disorder so the vibrations cause him to react. weve now been going 17yrs. he never gave a bad cut and would even cut flawless while he moved luke a worm or i stood up holding him. he has multiple kids himself so you saying if you can handle one you could have a life long customer. youre so right because i couldnt imagine going elsewhere and hope we dont have too. its another reasoni want to perfect cutting theirs in case anything happens. sorry for the rant, great job 👏🏻🙏❤☺️
Appreciate your story and experience. I currently kid several kids who suffer from some form of autism. You just have to be patient and talk about things that interest them and it a most always goes smooth!
Me with every kid's cut: "look straight ahead for me buddy." *moves his head to be straight* 2 seconds later "look straight ahead for me buddy." *moves his head to be straight* 2 seconds later "look straight ahead for me buddy." *moves his head to be straight* 2 seconds later "look straight ahead for me buddy." *moves his head to be straight* 2 seconds later "look straight ahead for me buddy." *moves his head to be straight* 2 seconds later "look straight ahead for me buddy." *moves his head to be straight*
Haha, I feel that for sure. Sometimes what I’ll try and do is if that keep looking in a particular direction, I’ll turn and face them towards that, and I’ll just adjust where I’m standing to fit them. Doesn’t always work, but has some success.
@@TheBarberPhil 🤣. I just get so mad when a kid gets it. I’m like why are they preparing for baldness at 10. At least get a clean fade and a line up! But you made it look good that’s all that matters.

Super clean Phil. Liked how you broke down the directional clipper over comb and how it either reduced bulk or blends
👊🏼 The feedback is greatly appreciate!

Awesome Job!!✂️✔💯
🙏🏼, thank you so much, appreciate that!
Please what product do you use I’m 15 would this be good?
Depends on what hair style you currently have and what hair texture you have.
crisp AF 🔥👌
Much appreciated! 👊🏼
solid !!
👊🏼, thank you
I vote best barber...
🙏🏼, thank you so much for that, means so much.
Time to buy a larger comb , that’s my issue with clip over comb
Yes, the andis combs are a thinner plastic and the Oster combs are a lot thicker (I use Oster)
🔥🔥🔥
Yessir!
So what do i tell my barber to order this exact cut
It’s like a 1,2,3 fade on the sides, with a hard part, and just enough length on top to bring the front back a little
@@TheBarberPhil thanks
dope
i wish this was my barber.
Where are you from?

Looks
More like a side part then a combover

This is the worst type of haircut ; combovers 😂
I don’t entirely disagree, but it’s definitely a popular one!
