  • Not a lot of changes in the latest changelog, but I did learn about the feature to be able to make checklists.

Love it. Showing the list task really helps to understand this feature. The shift click highlighting on Linux will also be something I am going to use from now on. Thanks Bas!

Good to hear, going back to record that section was the right call.

6:20 you can distribute beta apps via play store. AFAIK the reason was play store can't accept the app as long as it behaves like a file manager, which logseq does because how it manages all your data. It requires extra permissions or something. Not sure if this is still the case but it was the reason previously. Maybe DB branch will fix this as well

Ah, good to know. I'm also just recalling from memory so chances are I made a mistake. The file manager would mostly be a permission request thing. But anything having to do with flat files is always a bit of a chore on Android/iOS so I'm sure the DB version is one way to make things more stable.
Thanks for the extra info, adding to my notes!

I got a good setup with OBS now making it easy to go through the changelogs. Glad it came out after my holiday :-D

Hello! Sorry for side question. But do you use Ubuntu as daily driver for your work? Do you have another channel about Linux? Just interesting, your videos about Logseq very helpful, and your video editing skills also awesome.

I have Ubuntu as a daily driver on my work laptop, unfortunately my current project doesn't allow bringing my own device so I'm forced on Windows 11 there. Desktop is a dual boot, for recording I'm usually on Windows due to drivers for my sound and streamdeck. But I am planning on doing a full re-install and hopefully I'll get those working with a newer kernel.

No second channel though, I got a full time job so while I would love talking about more topics it's mostly a time issue.
