When he split that Bonnet pepper in the beginning, I almost fell out of my chair. Because Haitians use that pepper and it is not a joke. It can make you breathe fire Like a dragon.

I don’t put water in my pot when am cooking pok choy just lil oil and cook it uncovered, u do it different
I do mine like how u said u do it pak choy make it own water but his cooking looks good still
Never know Jamaica have bok choy either I wasn’t checking for it or mi leave when mi did too young but I buy bok choy here and make it in soup cause I was unsure what to do with it. Next time I buy bok choy I will make it like this. 😉😉
