Full recipe will be up on Provecho (link in description) tomorrow, but here are the ingredients and measurements. 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt 1/2 cup cocoa powder 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 2 ounces Mexican chocolate 1 stick unsalted butter 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1 large egg 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1/2 cup mini marshmallows (frozen) Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes (rotating sheet tray half way between cooking)

This sounds awesome. But I can’t stand cinnamon. Can I do without that spice? Or does all Mexican chocolate have cinnamon ?
Mexican hot chocolate does use cinnamon, but you can definitely omit it. Make it yours! Thanks for watching 🙏🏾
