You can see a lot of donut shops on social media. :)
When I saw the donut photos on social media, I wanted to eat a sweet and soft donut.
I especially wanted to eat donuts with raspberry jam.
The perfect blend of sweet and sour raspberry jam and soft butter flavored donuts!
Fry delicious Doughnuts in fresh oil! (๑•᎑•๑)
Mukgling's baking method uses the No Knead method.
Using the minimum tools, seek bread making at home easily.
Anyone can make bread easily.
(B's (%) = Baker's Percentage = Bakers Percent)
(Tr (g) = actual input amount = Truth Input)
■ Dough Formulation
B's(%): 100.0%, Tr(g): 130.0g Strong Flour (Bread Flour)
B's(%): 12.0%, Tr(g): 15.6g Sugar
B's(%): 2.0%, Tr(g): 2.6g Salt
B's(%): 2.0%, Tr(g): 2.6g Instant Dry Yeast
B's(%): 30.0%, Tr(g): 39.0g Eggs
B's(%): 30.0%, Tr(g): 39.0g Butter (35℃)
B's(%): 34.0%, Tr(g): 44.2g Water (26℃)
■ Process | Room temperature: 24℃
1. Add water into the bowl.
2. Add instant dry yeast and mix evenly.
3. Add eggs and mix evenly.
4. Add sugar and dissolve.
5. Add salt and dissolve.
6. Add melted butter(35℃) and mix evenly.
7. Add strong flour,
Mix evenly until no flour is visible.
(Dough temperature : 25℃)
8. After 30 minutes of rest, the first fold(folding).
9. After 60 minutes of rest, refrigerated fermentation: 2℃, 9 hours
10. Take out the dough from the refrigerator and let it rest at room temperature for 60 minutes.
11. After dividing the dough (40g), round it
12. 30 minutes of rest at room temperature
13. Dough molding (please see video)
14. Second fermentation : room temperature (24℃) 1 hour 30 minutes ~ 2 hours
15. Pour cooking oil into a pan and preheat to 180℃.
16. Put the dough in preheated oil and fry.
During frying, the oil temperature should be maintained at 170 ~ 180℃.
17. It is recommended to complete the frying time within 3 minutes including the front and back sides.
(You need to adjust the time until the color you want comes out)
18. After cooling, put sugar on the surface of the donut.
19. Fill the raspberry jam into the donut.
■ Note: Be careful because the oil temperature is very hot!

Very good recipe! It's pretty much exactly how it is made here in Germany, very nice. We sometimes put powdered sugar or glaze on top instead of sugar granules, filling is usually strawberry or plum jam.
I have never been to Germany, but thank you for the compliment! It's so nice that donuts come out as intended!
