So refreshing!! Professor's calmness, poise, clarity and intelligence is a breath of fresh air. Principled and consistent man.
A New Zimbabwe will come!!
👏👏👏👏👏
Travor I love the fact that you raise those sensitive questions in a human way, The Prof did a splendid job something tells me he is one of the few honest politicians we have in Zim. Great prog keep it up
This conversation should not have ended… we demand a Part II please!
🤣🤣 thank you for watching
Please Trevor do part 2
The Proff always brings clarity to any robust debate or conversation. His leadership in and around Nelson Chamisa is crucial 👏🏾
Thank you Trevor for bringing Prof Ncube a man with a vision and he is very calm.
Enough respect to you Prof Ncube. Our country needs leaders like you! Honest and truthful to the hopes and aspirations of us Zimbabweans! The future looks good!
Much respect for the two Ncubes! Welshman, my head boy at Mzilikazi (1979) and Trevor, Mzilikazi Headboy (1981)
Wow that's interesting.
And they Ndebeles are not educated
@@siphosamalangakwamthombeni4916 don't lie
Wow I was year one year old ...I was born 1978

The people surrounding our president, we are in safe hands. Prof, very calm and collected. A trued leader that stands for what is right even if it means standing alone.
They are gonna fight amongst themselves again sooner than you realize..And yet another MDC will be formed..lol
Very interesting convo with the Prof. This is one man who maintains his calmness through and has very clear thoughts.
If I had time, I would listen to this every now and then. What a steady minded leader WN.
Welsh you are a giant in Zimbabwean politics. Remain principled as you are, one day you will be rewarded. Freedom is on the horizon. Never you give up the fight.
This is Ncube guy is really good wise leader , a country in such hands has a great future ...
Really Interesting and profound conversation there a lot to learn in that
Good work Mr Trevor. Thanks for bringing Prof Ncube
Great Interview and probably the best of all his interviews so far. Bravo Welshman! Unite the people of Zimbabwe and help destroy this false narrative of tribalism that some people use to divide the nation for their selfish ends. I vividly remember the "NKOMO KWESE KWESE" slogan.
Interesting conversation with Prof Ncube. Very clear articulation of issues, although I would question his sincerity when he says Mugabe "never captured the judiciary" 10:27. One can argue that Mugabe was in fact the architect of the 'capture of the judiciary and the use of lawfare against opposition politicians, while the Munangagwa regime is more unsophisticated in its deployment. Thanks Trevor for the candid engagement with real issues affecting the everyday person.
As someone from Bulawayo l have to say this country would be different if we stopped tribalistic politics and hired people on merit. Professor is a smart, principled mature man.
Ndizvozvo mukoma wangu
Great conversation. Professor Ncube is a calm intelligent man.
Great conversation. Loved the calmness, clarity and honesty from the good Prof.
Enjoyed it as always! One principled politician we have
Been waiting for this interview for years! Thank you Trevor!
Prof, your composure is a big promise to the the Promised Land, Great Zimbabwe GZ. Nelson has a great advisor in the person of the Great Zimbabwe Deputy President Welshman Ncube
Thank you Prof and Trevor . This conversation gives hope to many disgruntled Zimbabweans. Young Zimbabweans look up to you Prof Welsh for exemplary leadership and hope for better Zimbabwe. Remain calm and focused.
I reall love what Mr Trevor is doing, keep inviting people that are going to educate young black youth about businesses and how the world operates. Thank you Mr..
Matimba from south afrika, I love you all my fallow Afrikan brother and sisters, I wish one day we can come together and build our owen economy by supporting black businesses.. Thank you I love you all
another eye opening conversation ,thank you Trevor
Everytime I feel a lil bit of lethargic to listen to the show....i just reminded myself man what is the name of the show again. No one can do it better than the man himself. You are such a national treasure mkoma Trevor. May God bless you abundantly.
Thank you so much
A great leader Welsh is. An honest man who is sometimes surrounded by unscrupulous, uncouth and unbecoming politicians. Remain principled. Zimbabweans are coming out of age and will soon be choosing leaders based on integrity. Thank you Trevor for this interview. Bring him back again
Prof Welsh is honest and straight to the point.
A worthy 1hour 20 minutes well spent. Thank you sirs
I RESPECT WELSH. AN INSPIRATION AND ROLE MODEL. I HAVE LEARNT A LOT. THANK YOU TREVOR FOR BRINGING A ROLE MODEL, A LEADER AND AN INTELLECT.
Thanks Professor making so much sense
Great conversation indeed. Great respect for the Prof. Never disappoints.
I believe that as crucial to succes as Busquets is to Barca, this man is as crucial to the struggle. He is pivotal to the struggle, his steadfastness and intelligence may be rivaled by very few. Long live Prof
What a true Nationalist, an Intellect and selfless Leader we have in the Prof. Trevor thank you for hosting him. I have learnt a lot from listening to the two of you conversing. I would also look for the recommended books there, I am sure their are good reads. Macbeth I have read back in high school but I am definitely going for a re-read.
incredible interview, unbiased as always Mr Trevor.
Thank you Sir
Proff Ncube is very calm and very wise, we need this kind of leadership in our lifetime I pray these guys are given a chance to rule the country may the Lord God help us.
To me this interview reinforces the vision I hold that the Zimbabwe which exists right now in its embryonic state - embodied in the hearts minds and efforts of true patriots both on the ground and in the diaspora - is in my minds eye a wonderful place worth striving for.
the taxi harassments and two bottles of milk and 2 cents analogue is testamental to what is wrong with our society. good observation there Trevor. even the leadership we always cry foul at represents what and who we are as a whole because its us as societies who shape who we are collectively: left, right & center. there has to be a revolution in our psyche and mentality as a nation, we have lost our values and principles. what a quality conversation there.
indeed, lawlessness is our root problem and as long this pervasion continues to define our society at all spheres, then we gonna keep singing the same song. and politics can't fix this as the system is inherently corrupted by individual interests, we have to realize by ourselves and actively decide for change. there is no other way out of this predicament without losing our freedom.
Am I the only one who wants the part 2 interview with the professor?
Very powerful conversation there Trevor. Prof Ncube very cool, calm and collected. Proud of you my VP
Oh man, thank you Trevor for bringing Welsh, what a historian. Does he has a book? It would be interesting to read it.
Prof Welsh Ncube you are in the future
What a treasure of knowledge, wisdom and leadership!!!
Another quality conversation thanks Trevor! This is my favourate show
Thank you 🙏🏿
We're having true leaders on their own right ✅ poised, articulate composed, factual, mature, visionary etc
Great conversation. May the Lord grant you more strength to fight Prof.
Trevor
This is was a fantastic interview. Wonderful book recommendations too. Wil lookout for Ngugis "Devil on the Cross" and the analysis of Shakespearean Power plots. Zimbabwe still has a pretty good reserves of qualitative intelligentsia. Pity you skimmed the personal bits- marriage, religion, children etc. My overall impression nevertheless ; is that the Prof is ,a,solidly good man
Such an informative conversation. Gosh Trevor is a very good interviewer. 🤔🤔🤔Goodness the opposition party/parties have a lot of work to do within their own parties.
Kudos to Prof for the maturity
I found myself listening to this conversation 3 times, l don't usually do this, but there is a lot of depth in this conversation.
A great conversation with the Ncubes. I enjoyed it up to the end.
Great show Trevor. Thanks.
Thanks Ncube guys it make me cry for my beloved country but oneday is oneday God is watching let register to vote am cleaning my eyes as l listings welshman keep up the good work
Political issues well articulated by the professor. I also like how he creates nostalgia through his narration of his experiences in the village. Thanks so much Trevor
I have enough respect for prof Ncube. Proud MDC member
Impressive very fine Zimbabweans who should be given a chance to to shape the future generations.
Great conversation ever at inconversation with Trevor
Ncube Boys you Rock. Respect for you Ncubes. Siyalithanda.
Brilliant discussion.
Good show Trevor, please invite Professor Rukuni to inspire us more
Quality conversation 👌 here. Thanks Trevor. Brilliant stuff.
Really enjoyed this; thought provoking
Much respect for my 2 uncles (Ncubes) ...nice interview
Well done Trevor!
One of the under rated great man who will only be celebrated after death. Long live Walsh may you share your wisdom and culture far and wide.
Your father raised you well your word should matter as a man regardless of your position.
Beautiful relaxed interview laden w passionate detail.
Very sober conversation. Thanks Trevor.
Great interview !!
For a man wearing so many caps, the biggest obviously being a political one, a longer conversation would have been great. Still pleased to have heard him on this show.
Give us part 2 please We need it Hey!!!!
Thank you for bringing these candid conversations.
We await for the best Zimbabwe
Thank you Trevor for the real questions thrown. What does not make sense is how Prof was hurt by being called a sellout but he himself calls the others sellouts. Another one where there's no admittance that their is perpetual violation of the Constitution. The only thing that will save the party is external criticism...
Very informative on reasons why he was accused of being CIO when he form another MDC party, it informs a political strategy that has now been perfected. The principles he adopted when someone made unilateral decisions against the collective is very democratic and the unilateral appointment of Vice President by Dr Tsvangirayi was ?
Welcome to new year 2022 with exciting quality conversations
"if you think that what happened in Zambia will happen in Zimbabwe..blah blah blah" . We heard this from Ian Smith as well when he said ,' ..there will be no majority rule in Rhodesia in 1000years," then he said, " ..not in his lifetime..". We all know how that played out. So Mnangagwa can day all he wants, their end will come no matter what.
In essence Smith was right. There is still no majority rule and is not yet 1000 years. We still a long way to prove him wrong.
Two icons in the same video. Not me laughing "you came to my school"😂😂
Can you please bring back the proff and take us through academic and proffesional journey i feel young people can draw insipiration from it
This is a great conversation of all. I enjoyed it.
Very powerful conversation thanks Trevor
"the loyal opposition..." indeed, nothing can be further from the truth!!!
Very sad indeed and heart breaking about corruption which has been normalised as a way of life.
Great conversation Trevor and team
Very interesting book list there Prof. Great reads!
wise words from Prof there
very interesting conversation
Long live professor,
This lawyer is very cool.
Salute to you Prof. WN
Good conversation although I think the issue about respecting the MDC constitution was skated over compared to the attention it was given during the Mwonzora July 2020 conversation.
Zim politics and political parties are worrying; the future seems bleak and way out of misery seems elusive
@Trevor Ncube, maybe this skipped me but why did you not ask Welshman why they represent the same people they say are corrupt is it money(business) or principle.
waiting for Tendai Biti to appear on this show
Has Professor Welshman written a book , i would love to read what he writes
Are they brothers/cousins? Grew up together in Magwegwe; together at Mzilikazi and together at university.
Maboleni unguHomey babuNcube, great interview
You don't even need to look at other countries for inspiration. Remember Zimbabwe was a colony for 90 years...and change came. So this too shall pass
Please if you may invite Nelson Chamisa. It would be very good
I totally agree, the MDC A will never butcher people like hynas in Zanu
Much respect for WN, its painful that we've greatness of leadership in the country but the country is languishing in poverty under ruthless individuals who don'
t care about the people.
Thanks Prof. Ncube for being behind Chamisa. Mbavha dzeZanu hadzizi kurara.pamusana peMDC Alliance. GOD BLESS THE LEADERSHIP OF MDC Alliance🖐🖐🖐🖐💪💪⚒⚒
Great interview. I do not have hope in MDC. Look at how the MDC is run? It is heartbreaking! There is no difference between the two parties. Maybe a civil war is the only solution. I feel sorry for Zimbabweans these political leaders have abused them for a very long time.
True! Only that we have cowards and weaklings - all porridge! Rather run to South Africa
