After this to do new characters they'll have to go into the 3d graphic era. I'm all for them sticking with 2d and doing killer instincts or darkstalkers toy line. Hell I'll even take a double dragon figure line

The completion of the original SF2 cast in action figure form is a milestone in the line’s history. Jada’s SF2 line will go down for me as the “Super Powers” action figure line of SF2. They took the chance to make EVERYONE from the main cast and not take the easy route of going into other more popular characters from different SF games like Juri, Yun, etc. That is to be commended. Thus I will support Jada in buying all other SF characters after USF2 cast are completed.
Yeah I do think they stretch this all the way through 2025 and will welcome any additional games they do from the sf line. All in 💯
Nice work on the box mock ups Richy. I'm really excited to see what they reveal at SDCC.
On the back of the boxes; in the cross cell of each character, there is a mystery fighter with a ? mark over it. I wonder what that could be. Any ideas?
I'd be happy if they stuck with Street Fighter and made some of the more modern character designs.

Keep up the good work. The sf characters are so friggin cool, so happy theyre all getting justice from jada. Balrog and e honda will be nice. I do hope their player 2's become more accessible.

Would love for Jada to go into the Nightstalkers and obviously Mortal Kombat. I would love if they could get the thundercats license. Their figures would be twice as good as the Super 7 line and half the price

Very excited for these! These are slowly retiring my SOTA Toys and Storm Collectibles SF figures I have on display.
I do think that Akuma should have his own sculpt and shouldn't be done on the Ryu/Ken body. He is often depicted bigger and bulkier that them. Not too much bigger, but he does have his own unique build! I'm very excited! It's a good time to be a Street Fighter collector!
After SF2, I really hope they go to Alpha Series.

I think they'll be focusing on the Alpha series after the Street Fighter II line, there's characters that haven't been done yet they can do like Sakura, Dan & Charlie & new costumes of already released characters like Cammy, Chun Li & Ken (His hair was longer in Alpha/MvC series).
Seems like most people think alpha as well

I do feel like jumping to Mortal Kombat or Darkstalkers right now would be a mistake. I feel like they'd be stretching themselves too thin.

...that's quite a few years worth of product. Going classic Final Fight costumes for the Final Fight crew would be the smartest choice. Honestly I'd kill for a Final Fight 3-pack with Haggar, Jessica, and Belger. The Shadaloo Dolls would be great for exclusive two-packs too.
I do agree. Taking on another big license being still smaller in production might be too much at this time.
I would LOVE if they do the Street fighter 3 cast. Although, i could see them doing the Alpha series first since sf3 has a lot of new characters and doing the alpha series allows them to repaint/remold existing characters
I'm crossing my fingers for the Alpha series. I'd love to see a 1/12 size Rose, Alpha Chun-li and Guy. Those have never been made.

I love this line, but I really wish they would revisit Ryu and do him with video game accurate colors. Lighter skin, brown hair and brown gauntlets. Everyone else looks so accurate to the source material, it kind of sucks that the “main” character doesn’t.

Yeah they have and they have so much more to come.
I wouldn't expect akuma to be an easy reuse figure. This line seems to take more inspiration from official art than in game sprites, and in that regard, akuma has always been presented as larger and bulkier than ryu and ken.
That’s true. I meant more they have the gui sculpt and could use some of guile and or deejay buck. Easier than say a zangief.

Lol blew their load. Anyways. I'm hoping they will do a exclusive head pack. Will all redesigned heads that look like the boxart select screen. I also think if they do akuma on a bigger buck, that would be the open door to street fighter alpha figures body for ryu to dan.
Yeah i would love a re-do of ryu skin tone to match more the paulmart exclusive. But yeah I’d be down for done heads tbh.

Yeah seems like most people are suggesting alpha.
I still don't see how they're gonna put out wave 3 and 4 this year. Maybe 3. Unless they're really overhauling Their shipping speed.. however that works.
I've learned now: Pre Order, wait, get. It took a while for wave 2 to fully come out, but it was worth the wait! I have a feeling they will have two more waves. T-Hawk would be the last figure to come out.
Wave 6: Akuma, E-Honda, Zangief.
Wave 7: P2 fig, Balrog, T-Hawk.
Those be me predictions.
Can't wait to see what they've got in store for us! :3

EDIT: I think Marvel Vs Capcom has recently been created into it's own franchise now, could this be a loophole Jada could use to make characters from MvC? Imagine them making Marvel characters too! Hasbro would be maaad!
Well here’s my thinking wave 3 is done and should be hitting target as soon as the end of this month. Maybe not all of them but I suspect all will be in target atleast by October. Then wave 4 I do think we see sagat this year. Blanka and Vega early 2025. Then wave 5 and 6 to finish next year.
@@RichyFigs Honestly, that's a pretty good prediction. Every time I try to come up with my own, I ALWAYS forget that they are doing staggered releases (when necessary) . That really throws me off. XD

Going to be honest, when it comes to Street Fighter, I'm only interested in Street Fighter 2. I did play the other games but I mostly switched to Mortal Kombat when that became available. If they do Alpha or 3 or something else, then great for the fans of those games, but I won't be picking them up. Mortal Kombat on the other hand I would pick up figures from all the games if they did them. I'm keeping my expectations in check though. If you don't expect to see something, you can't be disappointed when it doesn't happen, right?
