I like it, it feels very industrial and it's similar to a design that I've had on my mind, but haven't been able to build because my computer can't actually run the game.
This ship looks spectacular, very plausible design from a real world point of view. I wonder if those landing pods might be intended to work like a spawn pod, i.e. not really meant to return to the explorer after they have been deployed. I dunno, just the impression I got.
I made this on a server once. I traveled to all the planets! Edit: I used the actual original design but I slightly modified it to be more survival friendly.

I love this style of ship. Realism is really hard to do in space engineers, but this guy pulls it off so well.

not very good ones, it takes a huge group of people to make a rocket, let alone 1 person
this video reminds me of how difficult it must be in space.. especially as you move around

The cat walks are for survival no jet pack and for repairs
You can probably use Them for that, but i just added Them for aesthetic reason

That is actually the ship that inspired me to build this one. It has a similar aesthetic but is actually working in survival.
